I'm so saddened to learn of another woman being killed by someone who was supposed to love her.

I'm glad that her family now knows the truth and can begin to rebuild their lives.

Heartfelt prayers to all those who loved Gena Chiodo.

We expected this, but the msm about the autopsy report is still very difficult to read. I'm glad Gena's family and friends can now give her a proper goodbye. No deal for giving up the location of her remains, thankfully. Only possible deal, I'd think, would be with changing the plea to guilty now that her remains have been found.

So very very sad. Sleep peacefully Gena. You're home now and justice is coming.

Rest in peace Gina. I'm sorry it took so long to find you. But I'm really glad that they did, now your family and friends can have some peace. I know you've been at peace and in the light since that decided to take your life. We will all watch justice take it's path for you.

Logged on and saw Gena has been found.
So sad that her life ended at the hands of one who professed to love her.
So thankful her friends and family have the chance to give her a proper burial.

This article states he had a court date on June 5 2013.
Unfortunately, Cook Co does not have criminal cases online, so I don't know what happened on this date.
