Illinoismom I'm so sorry to read this, sorry for your loss, sorry for your boys losing their dad and seeing their Uncle get away with murder. It is a sad situation all the way around. Bless you for showing your boys you care about their father and you care about doing the right thing.

In addition to knowing whatever the outcome in the courts, I believe he won't get off so easily when he meets his maker. Also take comfort in knowing Karma is a beeotch.

Honestly, I'll take my punishment now, rather than wait for Karma to rear it's head. Karma has no judge and there will be no plea bargaining!

You're in my prayers, that you stay strong and keep your boys on the right path whatever the outcome in the courtroom.

I feel exactly the way you do about him meeting his maker as well as karma. As odd as it might sound, that is where I find my comfort in this whole mess. That may make me sound like a vengeful beeotch....but hey my kids were hurt and u dont mess with a mothers children....KWIM?
