Presumed Located IL - Jason Hooper, 33, Winnebago County, 5 Aug 2019

Jason Hooper, 33, was last seen on Aug. 5 in the 600 block of West State Street after being released from the Winnebago County Jail. Hooper had spoken with family members and agreed to contact them upon his release. He has not had any contact with family members.

Hooper was described as six feet tall and 242 pounds with blues eyes. He has tattoos in his right forearm that read "Mandy" and on his left shoulder that read "RIP MOM."

Pretty local to me. Link from local newspaper is same as above but indicates he was walking east on West State St
Man has been missing since leaving Winnebago County Jail

Old case. Still nothing on MSM but I found this upcoming 2021 Winnebago court info:

And noticed for address it shows homeless:

So now MOO is that he walked away and stayed away. I just hope he is doing OK for himself and continues to do so. Praying for good things in the future for Mr. Hooper.

Good find - MOO is you're correct - he was arrested twice in 2021 for trespassing according to the Winnebago County court records. Hoping everything works out for him.

I found a corresponding record of his incarceration (however brief) at the Winnebago County Jail not long ago, and long after he was reported missing. Good to hear he was safe, at that time. Inmate Search: Jason Wayne Hooper 142945, Rockford, Illinois
