Search underway for missing 32-year-old man in Evanston

Chicago police are asking for the public's help in finding a 32-year-old man who was reported missing in Evanston late last year.

This is so sad - I remember when he was doing the balloon animals (my best friend lives in Evanston). I haven't seen him in a while. He always had a smile for everyone.
