I'm thinking the same thing but according to her phone records there were no incoming or outgoing phone calls leading up to her leaving her home. The last phone call was at 1:20 pm that afternoon. Then nothing until 9:26 when the daughter reaches out. So if she met up with someone it had to have been planned out before that. The daughter says she had her purse with her but that it wasn't a large purse. Video footage shows someone matching Juana's description walking with a large bag. So she met with someone and got something from that person perhaps? Something that put her in the sights of someone with ill intent?

The video of her looking as if she were trying to get away from someone sound's frightening. If she wasn't at the bar as she told her family, where was she between 9 and 10:40 when her husband stated she called to tell him she was on her way home? Was she meeting a friend? So many unanswered questions.

Appx. 11:17pm - Car sped down Park Lane traveling West and turned north on Illini (CES or CJHS)

Prior to sunrise - Man wearing shorts & hoodie seen near Jr. High (CES or CJHS)

Her husband is probably on the same plan and can access online.

That could be a good reason for her to use a different means of contact, Snapchat,WhatsApp,signal,fb messenger etc (We have signal in UK but I am sure there are USA equivalents).

We really need to know what the husband was doing from 9pm-1am right? That’s when she was last seen alive by the daughter and when the husband called police. Do we know when the husband left the restaurant and when he got home? And do we know if he left looking for her again after coming home?

To me it looks like a planned meet up gone wrong. She told the kids she was going by the family restaurant because that wouldn’t raise suspicion. Husband called to see where she was and kids told him she was supposed to be there with him. This raised red flags causing husband to go looking for her at some point.

All this could be blown out of the water if husband ends up having a solid alibi between 9pm and 1am. I’d imagine the police are already getting cell phone tracking information. The other big question/person of interest would obviously be who the person was that she may have been meeting up with. That person would obviously have a lot of answers

I considered this because Cinco's closes at 9PM and all of the communication had happened after 9. But, I am not familiar with how restaurants work so I don't know how long it takes to clean and close up. I believe it was mentioned Cinco's has cameras so his alibi could have easily been confirmed.

Well if they owned the restaurant, or even if they didn’t, it’s certainly plausible he wasn’t able to get out of there right at 9.

It’s all speculation until we know his alibi but here’s my guess. To me it looks like he was at home when he called her at 10:28. He said she told him to tuck the kids in, strongly implying he’s home, and surely the kids would be able to verify if he was there at that time or not.

The big time frame in question then becomes 10:28pm-1am. The two back to back phone calls from husband to her were at 11:07, and the surveillance footage of someone running near their house was around 11:15. Did husband leave after the 10:28 phone call to go looking for her?

However, according to current information, nobody is captured on video chasing her. It may be a car and not a person on foot she is avoiding. IMO

I was unsure at first if the video was related but after watching it, I don’t see any way that’s not her. That wasn’t the run of someone jogging or exercising, especially the fact they ran across a parking lot.

To me it looks like she’s walking briskly then when you see the car headlights at the top of the screen a few blocks up she takes off running. It looks similar to the car that arrives a few minutes later where she had just been walking. It definitely looks like she was being chased or stalked. She’s also running in the opposite direction of her house, make that of it what you will.
