Tresner pleaded not guilty on Nov. 18. She was denied release “due to the [defendant] being a danger to herself and to the minor.”
Tresner’s pre-trial is currently set for Dec. 13 at 9 a.m. and the final pre-trial is set for Jan. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
