29-year old Kimberly Mattingly was last seen and heard from Sunday, April 5. Authorities say her phone later pinged in Effingham, but there’s been no other evidence of her location. She was last seen on Sunday, April 5 leaving with a man in a blue Chevrolet Cobalt, according to the Missing Persons Awareness Network.
Mattingly's mother says she is now out looking for her daughter in the wooded areas of Paris, Illinois.

The mother says she suspects foul play.

She was stopped by police for driving with a suspended license on March 28th by the Paris Police Department.

The connection seemed to be important enough for her to end up getting charged there with battery, disorderly conduct, and trespass. Then days later, after getting out of jail on those charges get arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. And 10 days after that gets arrested for two counts of residential Burglary at the same address where the battery and trespass occurred.

As most of you know Kim has been missing for 16 days today & We would like to start a search party so all of you that are willing please speak up!!
We need as many people as we can get we want to go do door to door questioning and handing fliers out, we also need groups that will go into some wooded areas and search just to be sure!!!

All of us here are trying to find leads as to why she went missing and where she can be. We all care deeply about the missing persons and family and friends and only want to help out.

When a person goes missing, its important to check everyting out as to find clues on why someone goes missing or where they can be. We are respectful with everyone and do not mean anything bad. It's important to go over everything that can lead to finding Kimberly.

I think LE knows and the last person to see her MOO is shady. Has he been located or still missing to?

Could this be like Paighton?
I too think JMO Kimberly would call her mom or sister if she could.

Did she have her cell phone?
Was her cell ph broken?
Maybe a clue would be, whose cell ph did she use when she last contacted her mother.
That type of car listed above would not be hard to track. If such car exists.

It says she "was seen" on April 5 leaving with someone in a blue car. Then it says she was "last known" to be in Toledo, Hillsboro or Beecher City.

Makes no sense. If she was last seen leaving in a blue car, don't they know where she was seen? Isn't that the "last known" place she was? Anything else is just speculation. I mean, if nobody saw her, then it's speculation, right? Even if her phone pinged somewhere, there's no proof she was there.

Who is the last person to see her? Who saw the blue car? I'd be curious to know. A lot of people have these "she left in a blue car" stories, and there's often lies.
