UPDATE: Rockford Police say the missing child has been safely located.

According to police, officers working with the Department of Children and Family Services located the infant referred to as K.O.H. Police say the infant is unharmed and has been safely turned over to DCFS. The case remains under investigation.

I wish I knew the answers to those questions. I guess it's just wishful thinking on my part.

well that's good, now that they are in jail they should try to get them to talk about Kyrian. why cant they face obstruction charges about him?

Chicago Police said they've pleaded with Harris to talk to their detectives about Kyrian, but he refuses to cooperate even now while he's in jail.

"He's the person we're most interested in speaking to," said Anthony Guglielmi, a spokesman for the Chicago Police Department.

Guglielmi said Harris is still considered a person of interest in the case. "He's not taking any questions and not meeting with us. We're pleading with him to talk, but he has the right to representation. The investigation is ongoing and hinges on his additional information."

The only way they are going to get him is if they can get Foggs to give him up. I wonder if they will make a deal with her to be able to charge him?

The unharmed baby was found July 6 in Rockford and was placed by DCFS with her three siblings with a relative of their mother, Danyelle Foggs. Foggs is also in jail on a $15,000 bond on charges of obstruction of justice after Rockford Police Department said she knowingly lied about where the infant was.

That^^ might be the leverage that LE needs to get her to tell the truth about Harris's involvement. I think she knows that happened but was kind of trapped and maybe too scared to give LE the witness testimony they need. But if her kids are not with her because of these charges stemming from the tragic, brutal, evil deed done by her partner, then maybe e LE will say they will help her gt them back, once she helps them ?

Foggs' attorney said the child was in the "short-term guardianship" of a person in Wisconsin. Three of Foggs' children — not two as originally reported by DCFS — had been in foster care with a relative of Foggs since September.

Coincidence.... the baby was born in May ... Kyrian went missing in August 2015, 9 months prior to May 2016 is August 2015. hmmm...
