He is sticking to his original story. The one LE didn't believe.

I hope they have some good evidence against him, tying him to the actual murder. Maybe a witness?

WOW. I wish I could take off from work, I want to attend this trial.

Photos of him on the street walking to the lagoon
Witness/es
Physical evidence on/in the weighted bags? Would a fingerprint survive being underwater?

I don't know if they have ANY of this, but I hope they have more than the fact that he was caretaker for Ky.
I don't want him to see the light of day again.

I may have my cases confused ---but wasn't there something said about some weights being used in the garbage bags, that were the same as some found in his garage?

Also, when Kyrian's mother was talking about why she suspected him, I thought she said that he used to go visit relatives very close to where the remains were found. And that he had been there on a road trip right around the time the baby went missing/

I guess I should take some time, and go way back into there earlier threads, to see what was being said by his girlfriend and by Kyrian's mother. I think that is where the info was about him going to Chicago, to visit his parents IIRC, and going there in a car with a friend or two. And that is what made him even more suspicious?

grrrr. They anticipated the trial lasting a week. Nobody has covered anything since basically the opening day on Monday. What is happening with this trial?? This story was all you could see when poor lil guy's body parts were discovered. Now that trial is here nobody seems to feel anyone is interested in coverage. WE ARE! Come on reporters, somebody - say something for goodness sakes! At least let us know if it has gone to the jury.
