I made that point too. I think that she was stressed about returning to work, which gives me hope that she disappeared on her own and just needed a break. I hope that's the case and she will come forward soon and get the help that she may need.

Absolutely strange. I also want to share that this case has a rather large social media footprint. People are sharing this case A LOT. Despite that there don't seem to be family, friends or colleagues responding at all.

After all I've seen following true crime for decades, I've made it clear to my family and friends I don't ever, under any circumstance, want any of them to speak to the media, if I ever go missing. Ironically, even among friends and family that don't follow true crime, they all agree they have the same position. I suspect this might be a more common thing in the days of social media. I'm no longer surprised when friends, co-workers or family avoid the media, so maybe that's what's happening here? Just a thought.

Okay I think I was wrong with this post. Didn't due my due diligence. This place doesn't do acupuncture and is closed on Saturday.

I'd like to drill down to where LB's acupuncture office is and when they open. If her husband woke up at 8:35 and she was already gone she must have had an early morning appointment.

I'd also like to know if things looked normal in the house. Did she have coffee or tea regularly in the morning? Is her water bottle missing?

I live near the zoo in Chicago. There's been some police helicopter activity, but I'm poining this out as this is something I see a fair amount of. Police pilots, like any pilots do proficiency training, and sometimes you see them in an area repeatedly for just that. It's usually in the morning when winds are light. So just a pattern of singular aircraft activity doesn't necessarily mean a search is happening in your area. I've lived in Chicago 15 years (husband is from here) and unless you just happen to live where something is happening, this city is so huge you'd never know.

Just the family saying there is video of her. Not really a confirmable development, imo.

Even stranger that LE has not released the location. People who may have been in that area at that time could provide more information about where she went, what she was doing, or who might have been with her.

So far nothing has been reported where the source is LE. I don't think I recall a case where so much investigative information has been released by the family, but not corroborated by LE.... Except the recent case of Dr. Nadler in Georgia.

I don't either but I don't understand why the family would be releasing information that is false. Even the husband if he were guilty. I know criminals are/can be dumb but that would be really stupid.

I also don't quite understand police keeping this so close to the vest and not releasing any updates whatsoever but then again, I've never been impressed by Chicago Police when it comes to missing people.
