The Pekin Police Department would like your help in attempting to locate this missing person. Lloyd Tennison is 83 years old, 5' 08", 195 lbs and has green eyes and brown hair. Lloyd takes several medications on a daily basis, one being a heart medication that he requires 2 times a day. He possibly has dementia but has not been diagnosed with it. He is possibly wearing a ball cap, jean shorts and sandals and driving a tan 4 door 99 Mercury with the license plate of ZX44070. Lloyd wears glasses and has a noticeable bad eye and walks with a cane. He could possibly be in Marshall County/Lacon area which is where the tower is that his cell phone last connected to. Authorities are aware and are also looking for him. He was last seen at 3 am this morning. Lloyd can become agitated if confronted.
