DuPage County Coroner Judith Lukas revealed Monday human remains found in mid-August at the Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve were identified as 46-year-old Olasinmibo “Sinmi” Abosede through dental records. The cause and manner of death were pending as of Monday afternoon.
Police had conducted a multiple weeks-long search for Abosede, who disappeared on July 30, when she left her family's home along Sudbury Street for a walk. The mother of four did not take her cell phones or any belongings with her other than a white water bottle.
