IL - Quincy woman arrested after children, 4 and 7, are force-fed Dawn dish soap with the assistance of a 13-year-old

OK, they were misbehaving, but this is not the way to deal with it, especially because one of them is autistic. They didn't just have their mouths washed out with soap, either; they were force-fed it with a syringe by the 13-year-old! I sure hope the tween is in CPS custody, that's for sure, because they were being abused in their own right.

A Quincy woman was charged with two counts of child abuse after her boyfriend’s kids allegedly had soap forced into their mouth by a teen under while she held the children down.
