The knot on the rope was identified by RCMP as a prusic (sp) knot. How many people know how to tie a prusic knot? And is it used for sailing or mountain climbing?
JAR was a mountain climber and JonBenet was taking lessons but Burke was not mentioned.
We do know that the summer of 1995 Burke took sailing lessons in Charlevoix...and in one of Patsy's christmas letters she brags that "Burke is quite the Sailor!".
The rope found in JAR's room: Patsy was asked about the rope and she said that Burke has one and plays "boat" with it outside.
