Most of what’s been published just establishes him as being in the vicinity that day and resembling BG, both of which he admits and which mean nothing. Yep. What other unsolved homicides have proximity to his travels or whereabouts going back many years & forward from 2017? A deep forensic is needed because even a layperson can see the "hiding in plain sight" endeavors of RA may be cover for a sickness that has entrapped others in his evil snare.

He should be reporting his/her information directly to the CCSO detective in charge once it went from search to murder investigation.

They literally called it a tip twice in the PCA.

Investigators reviewing prior tips encountered a tip narrative from an officer who interviewed Richard

M. Allen in 2017. That narrative stated:

Mr. Allen was on the trail between 1330-1530. He parked at the old Farm Bureau building
and walked to the new Freedom Bridge. While at the Freedom Bridge he saw three females.
He noted one was taller and had brown or black hair. He did not remember description nor
did he speak with them. He walked from the Freedom Bridge to the High Bridge. He did not
see anybody, although he stated he was watching a stock ticker on his phone as he walked.
He stated there were -vehicles parked at the High Bridge trail head, however did not pay
attention to them. He did not take any photos or -video.

His cell phone did not list an IMEI but did have the following:

No, IN does not require a front license plate.

IMO this vehicle was backed in to avoid reading the license plate. IIRC LE was asking who owned this vehicle at the abandoned CPS building right after the murders. Also interesting is that when RA discussed where he parked he used the old Farm Bureau building…not the abandoned CPS building.

According to neighbors (watching with binoculars) as the search was going on at RA’s property, fwiw they said that after LE was there during the search that they waited for another search warrant to haul the black 2016 Ford Focus away. So have to ask…when LE got there and saw the vehicle, did they say “bingo” to themselves?

I'd have paid very good money to have seen RA's face when they took that vehicle away. LOL. He probably was very smug thinking they'd cleaned it well. I note too they waited a few days after the search warrant(s) were executed to arrest him. I imagine that they found all sorts of evidence then in the vehicle to match to the crime, along with possibly other things?

Note that not all areas are going to be exactly 3.41 ft cuz this isn't a swimming pool with a level bottom. There are likely areas of it with rocks, sand bars, etc., that would be ankle or knee high making it easier to wade across. All MOO (except the graph below. )

There was that one girl that went missing in the Peru area (iirc) in 2006 (right before he moved iirc) and her body wasn't found till 2009. I can't remember her name and am not sure if its allow either but i will say she looks exactly like Libby (not sure how much that matters or how much that's a serial offender myth). The timing with the timing of his move is interesting to me. (mexico IN and Peru IN are very close together).

For starters he crossed the creek and the ground there then I think was wet/muddy, i noticed that RL (property owner where gurls were found) wore boots when he was out&about during interviews.

It’s a convincing case as is. The theory that another guy who showed up dressed identically, carrying an obvious handgun, isn’t plausible IMO.
Once the words DTH are spoken it’s a felony that ended in murder.

I totally agree. They better have much more or they should have held off on charging him. If he demands a swift trial, and if they have nothing more, there is a very real chance that he could get off. With double jeopardy, he would be free and clear if they do get evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Normally I would give LE the benefit of the doubt but in this case, trust is hard to muster up.

How much time transpired between the "Down the Hill" video @ 2:14 PM, correct? And when BG was seen walking the road muddy and bloody?

The Hughes video makes it look like the accused was only seen at 3:58 PM which would be 1 hour 44 minutes after they were kidnapped. Probably took 15 minute to walk up the hill thru the cemetery to the road, but that still leave like 90 minutes.

I am thinking he did everything he could with using their clothes, leaves, etc. to get as much mud and blood off him as possible.

This just continues to sicken me.

But we don’t know the protocol. For the longest time LE urged anyone to contact their local police department if they had a tip. Somehow all those tips had to be collected and entered as data into the FBI’s Pyramid or it would’ve been useless (as it turns out it was), as according to an earlier link I posted the system was supposed to automatically identify similarities between tips and other cases.
