Responding to Medstudies mentioning the IL/MI/MO Insurance licenses. Below are the links to his numerous insurance licenses, which all expire in 2019:

Missouri Issued: June 1, 2017
https://sbs-mo.naic.org/Lion-Web/jsp/sbsreports/LicenseeListExtExtract.jsp

Illinois Issued: April 17, 2018
https://sbs.naic.org/solar-external...Name=Bruce&firstName=Thomas&middleName=Jerome

Michigan Issued: April 19, 2018
State of Michigan - DIFS Locators

All those licenses, which cost money and he only worked for one agency for 12 days? Something doesn't smell right...

PS...Now I believe the business card he left at the bar, was his independent "insurance agent" card, and listed his working in numerous states. Once again, all image, no substance...

Snipped.

Thank you for your long list, especially item #1. I know some WSers are scoffing a bit at the attention TB is getting here, but it's a good reminder to point out it was STL LE who first noticed the possible connection. The attention WSers are giving to TB is not unfounded.

The connection might prove to be non-existent, but if LE is considering it, it's worth considering.

Sometimes it's the devil you know, not the devil in the details.

Mid day abduction, rape & homicide of MULTIPLE victims at once in public setting?

Perhaps.

You're very welcome!
No doubt at some point a guy like TB would use his license to take out a life insurance policy on his wifey, if he hadn't already...;)

hi... longtime lurker, first time to post.... forgive if this has allready been asked on either thread, maybe i missed it - but there is a Scotsman1965 registered to dating club site Plenty Of Fish. cant see his posts without registering but in Aug 2011 he posted an RSVP to an upcoming singles event at Dwyer's Irish Pub in North Tonawanda NY. Maybe a long shot but since he once travelled to FL it seems like this could be worth looking into. Except one must be registered to POF in order to view profiles, i'm not inclined to do so but thought maybe someone here might be registered there allready

the RSVP list showing Scotsman1965 is visible only on Google cache:

Just thinking about his creepy reviews when he called attention to female employees' physical attributes. To leave a public comment like that invites other creeps to go check it out. It really is a violation to an innocent female, right out in public.

That's his thing. Violate innocent women in public.

It probably should be verified if it's the same person. Could be another person with the same handle.

I didn't read all his reviews, but didn't he review hotels? Was he hooking up with someone there??
Just guessing.

Really testing my memory on these insurance things but maybe I know a little. Remember though, this info is from my experience years ago and I lived in Virginia back then. The licensing involves taking a required class that used to be on a Thurs-Sun on 2 consecutive weekends. Then you would have to go take a state licensing test. Cost a few hundred bucks. Some companies would reimburse the class and test fees if you passed and contracted with them. Also, some states offered reciprocity in that if you passed in one state you could apply for a license in an other state without the classes or tests. We'd have to look up what states still do this. Most agents only really did this if they were located close to an adjoining state or had a lot of contacts in a different state. The life insurance license is separate from the Property and Casualty license as are the classes. The P&C is much harder (I did have both licenses at one time). Not sure if any of this helps but imo he does seem a good candidate for this type of thing because, like I said previously, you can say you are working but not really be working as in no monitoring and no office expectations in most cases.

Have we heard whether the reviews are real? Some of them sound more like a teenage boy's sex fantasies than anything that really happened.

Touche!

'Idle Hands' and 'The Devils' been Busy' certainly also apply here.

While reassuring that feds are accessible for such brash cases, it's often the lack of public precaution that allows these demented perps access to victims while walking off whistling, scot free.
So much is made of the common (now extraordinary) aspects, less awareness of the cycle and habits that lead to these crimes exists. The killer settles back seamlessly, surrounding themselves in a bubble of ignorance, continues on quiet as cancer, consuming at will with impunity while we plead for their people to 'wake up' to reality. What would strike us all as 'off' is simply another day in the life of, for them.

Subsumed in apathy or dysfunction of the killers' manipulations, no one moves and nothing comes till the smoke is upon their door. Perhaps too many bloody towels, bruised knuckles, torn sleeves later.

Could be. Still not cool to post things publicly like that.

I get the vibe from TB that he would comment on women's attributes and shrug the comments off as "compliments." It's her problem if she doesn't like a compliment on her "assets." imo
