I have a very hard time putting the new sketch to the person on the bridge. I guess I am trying to see the forehead of the BG and it looks like a bunch of hair when I look at it. Anyhow , I just went and looked again and I am wondering if anyone else thinks his forehead is concealed ?
Now my mind is playing tricks on me and I am asking myself is that a mask on top of his head. The kind that has the strap to hold it in place. I am sure my eyes are playing tricks on me . Anyone else have any trouble seeing his forehead ?I will be so glad when this monster is caught!
I think it might be a ball cap that he is wearing backwards.

Just out of curiosity, did the recent press conference and the information released change anyone’s theory about this case or BG? I was aware of, but did not follow this case prior to the PC.

Edit: it’s a weird question, I know.

My answer to this is no, my theory has not changed at all. It’s obvious from day 1 imo that he likely has knowledge of the area and some sort of ties to Delphi. My theory hasn’t changed that Abby and Libby were the victims of a random, sadistic, experienced predator hunter, moo.

I look at other similar cases as a guide.

This has all the hallmarks of a random, sexually motivated double murder.

The “double” part is unusual, but not unprecedented.

I can think of several recent cases where the killer committed a crime of opportunity, or didn’t have any connection to the victim.

Vanessa Marcotte, Mollie Tibbetts, Karina Vetrano, etc.

I believe this case is just like those.
ITA. And even Jayme. Seen getting on a schoolbus. Oh, I think I'll take her. Random defined.

But then that nagging snapchat app rears it crazy head. JMO and all those goodies.

Well....I have to sheepishly admit I was absolutely convinced I had the Marcotte and Tibbett’s Perp’s profiled spot on....and I was absolutely incorrect. Way off.
So, your point has weight.
Stubbornly, I am sticking to the theory this guy was connected to them previously, even loosely.
I am convinced it’s more than random, but it’s only....

Amateur opinion and speculation

For me, yes it did. I had someone in mind for the first BG sketch. And then they whipped out second BG sketch and I had to start all over. :)
Lol! I should’ve worded my question better and I really can’t think of the words . I meant like do previous theories still apply with the introduction of NBG. Does the age change things?

Wondering if LE established whatever they needed to re: the vehicle and now they just have to track this guy down.

Yes, that’s a very good possibility.

Okay. I found what I was looking for. I think this is important. On April 23rd, the multi agency task force clarified, "We are looking for anyone who could give a description of vehicles that were in the parking lot during the time." On May 7th, Riley said. We are still looking for the car that was parked in the lot." They are not looking for the driver. They NEVER said they were looking for the driver to the best of my memory and research. Carter said in the April 22nd PC that they were looking for "the owner of a vehicle." I feel like there is something to this but I'm not articulating it well.
They know who and what vehicle. They need cooboration, a witness to place it there. IMO

Defense attorneys seem to have a gene that makes them call for delays...hoping witnesses die, files get lost, etc...always seems like they are asking for more time to review evidence...as if the evidence will change if they keep looking at it. :)

(Not to think ill of defense attorneys) - does their reimbursement depend on the length of the trial?
BG video Frame # 48

This is the last frame, frame # 48, from the new extended ISP video. We have altogether 48 individual frames:

This is the frame IMO, that ISP based their very first publication of BG - together with the second picture) on their website. It is also possible, that they eliminated that particular frame from the video. Just IMO.

As you can see, this very first pic of BG is of better quality.

I took this initial pic of BG and eliminated the background for clarity:

Hope it helps.

ALL IMO

Interesting.

Two things, if you remove the background, BG seems much thinner. And more lithe. I wonder if horizontal beams make him look "wider".

Another one - and it is a very good work with the photo, thank you! - am I the only one who sees a water bottle with a narrow mouth and a small lid in his right pocket? Not a gun?

I know, we saw everything there... And it is illogical, as he probably needs the pocket for something more ominous, but this is how it looks like to me.

Im thinking as I write this. Apologies in advance. What if ten people in town come forward and said we saw a yellow Volkswagon parked at the abandoned CPS building parking lot between noon and five on February 13th. How does that help LE, unless BG specifically told them when interviewed possibly two years ago, "my yellow Volkswagon was in the shop that day" or "I wasnt in town that day," or "my car was parked in my garage while I was home alone that day." The only way I can see this making any sense is if they are trying to catch him in a lie.
I think that is exactly what is going on.....Or someone else associated with "him" in a lie. They know who it is, IMHO. Just trying to get all the legal ducks in a row.

I keep wondering why the emphasis on the car itself. To recap, LE wants the car and/or a description of the car. I have run through so many situations but none make sense. Why just the car? If it had been tagged that day, they would have a description. If someone had seen a suspicious vehicle that day they would have at least reported some type of basic info.

It's probably not significant, but how many hundred times I've looked at some variation on this photo and this is the first time I've noticed that his hands aren't at the same level. (And I'm sure other people must have noticed and I just forgot.) His left hand appears to be in his pants pocket but the right hand is higher, like it's tucked in his waistband or resting on that pouch-looking thing or something.

That's not usually how people who walk with their hands in their pockets put their hands. The vast majority of the time, they put both hands at the same level--both hands shoved in hip pockets, both hands in jacket pockets, both hands in jeans front pockets. If he normally carries his hands that way, that would probably be something his family/friends/coworkers have noticed.

More likely his hands are there because he's holding on to a weapon or something like that.
I always thought that his left hand was behind his back a bit. There's something that looks like a sheath right tgere on his hip. I'm not talking the thing that may be a pouch/fanny pack towards his right side.

I was going to say the same thing about lawyers, but thought someone might get offended.

I don’t see a bottle, but I also don’t really see a gun either. Just looks like the pocket is creased to me. My eyes are tired today though. Taking out the background really makes a difference IMO.

Again, having worked a tip line...it was amazing to me, at first, how many people call in with advice to police, investigative ideas, etc...:)

I have rarely read one but just go onto a county LE FB site and read the comments under it. One sees everything from psychics to "experts" telling them how to do their job if a natiionally known case for sure. I have NEVER commented on one but I have on two occasions looked at one and have read the comments. And then the locals will go after those from out of state who are insulting their local LE. Then there are locals doing a kissy butt thing as if they suck up to their local LE they do not have to worry about being pulled over. Then there are locals who strike right out at LE. Then the out of state people will strike back at the locals and call them idiots for thinking their LE is doing a good job and on and on. I guess all probably already know this but just saying. I can't handle it when I know there is/are a real victim(s) and a real crime, to be able to handle watching that go on so I don't go there.

So not only do they have to field the tips but the people on the websites that may come across who they feel is suspicious on top of it and clear it all out or put it at the bottom of the stack and someone has to do all that.

Yes I imagine with this new sketch and recent PC in this case, they are fielding a lot of dumb s**i**t.

I cannot imagine working the tip line as you did or being LE in such cases.

I bet the Sheriff can hardly believe there’s any need to state the obvious -

“Sheriff Leazenby said it takes more than just looking like the man in the new sketch to mean that the person actually did the crime. He said the prosecutor needs facts that he can take into the courtroom to prove that the man in the sketch killed the two young girls...”

Sheriff speaks out about side-by-side comparisons of Delphi murder suspect sketch

From July 2017:

“More than 20 people have been arrested on unrelated charges because of the case, but so far no one has been charged with Libby and Abby's murders.”

PHOTO: Police release sketch of Delphi suspect
Jul 17, 2017

When initially we heard of people being charged because of the case, some speculated, this would prevent people giving out info, that may be valuable, in case they are charged for other crimes.
This was initially spoken of, when Ron Logan was arrested, and imprisoned.
MOO.

There is no reference to any cars parked at the cemetery.
Isn't this also a likely spot to park, while scouting the area.o_O

ITA. And even Jayme. Seen getting on a schoolbus. Oh, I think I'll take her. Random defined.

But then that nagging snapchat app rears it crazy head. JMO and all those goodies.
But with Jayme it wasn’t really random. It was random how he first saw her. But from there she became targeted and essentially stalked.

I would have to say no, the newly released sketch does not change things for me personally. I am one who questioned the age range given with the first sketch. It just never made sense to me that someone aged 40-50 committed the crime.

I wondered about the accuracy in determining the age based on the blurry images LE had to work with. In addition, I have just always believed that it would take a good deal of stamina (youth/agility) to control and murder two young, athletic girls. I could still be wrong. I look forward to the day he is arrested and convicted- no matter what his age is.

Thank you for the question- it's always good for me to reevaluate my thoughts!

A sad coincidence for sure, but I think it's just that-a coincidence. We've parked there when the smaller "lot" was full. The parking situation at the park is not ideal. It's often just a park wherever you can find a place type of deal. We've probably parked at the old CPS building half a dozen times and I didn't even know that's what it was until the press conference.

So it might be a dumb question but I am going to ask it anyhow. Is it CPS or a "welfare" building? I have seen it referred to both ways. I also can see the similarities but they are different services. Can I also ask is it some extension office or is Delphi the county seat? Meaning is it a county office?
