The Daily Mail is such garbage. People defend it all the time because sometimes there are "good" articles. Sometimes in a big pile of trash you may find something valuable, but do you really want to dig though trash to find it?

Random thought I don’t think has specifically occurred to me before, and not sure I’ve read it here. I might as well post it in the “great aim to post something not already posted”.

There is the, perhaps rare possibility, that they could could have two different CODs, depending how everything actually went down at the very end. Up to this point, I naturally thought, “I wonder if they (collectively) were shot, or strangled, or this or that other COD.

Point is, maybe they have different CODs (or not). Maybe unlikely, but who knows.

To be more specific, maybe the above is possible if he wanted to get one victim out of the way more quickly, and spend more time with the other, ugh I hate to type that. Maybe one victim was immediately/quickly shot, and the other killed in a more hands on way, strangulation/ligature, BFT, drowning, stabbing.

I've often thought this could be the case. LE seems confident that they know how events unfolded in the murders. I have always assumed this meant they likely know who was killed first (JMO). They've also stated that it was very obvious that it was a homicide (HLN DTH special). So I would naturally thing that they both probably weren't strangled OR there was obvious body/clothing manipulation.

Maybe I am over optimistic...But never have I ever heard DC lead us to believe that they are moving in a direction that is so close to tying this up.

The fact that it's now confirmed that KAK actually communicated with Libby prior to the murders seems pretty big to me. Before now we didn't know how he was connected to the case aside from some speculation and rumors that he followed Libby's socials or liked a post of hers. I think LE will be especially uncomfortable if any of the questions or answers reveal aspects of their investigative strategy towards KAK.

This is exaaactly how I felt after that weird PC, despite a new sketch and everything else. It felt like a big poker game bluff to me, as I said at the time, jmo, but I must be wrong and obviously it must be based on something right?

Again, the shack, in the hundreds of PCs I’ve seen, I’ve never seen LE randomly reference a specific book. Sure, the point behind it could be an appeal to conscience, and a general reference, but there’s something about that specificality/specificness that bugs me.
