Assuming BG is nobody that has been identified yet, say JBC or other POIs, I wonder if he may share some qualities with Peter Madsen, killer of journalist Kim Wall. He was a psychopath and a sadist.

I’m watching the documentary on HBO Max now, “Undercurrent”, and as usual my thoughts go to BG.

What is striking to me is his biographer’s analysis of this man who always needed to be in control, specifically with regards to his work projects. And paraphrasing his own words, he basically says the problems at work, sent him off the deep end, perhaps instigating this descent into madness. Of course this is no excuse, but my thoughts here are I’m wondering if BG had some big work crisis before the murders. In addition to this concept being mentioned in this documentary I’m watching now, I’m also remembering this happen with another case where the perp was essentially losing control at work - he was a police officer embezzling money on the side, and when a lady took control and started investigating him, as his plans and control at work started crumbling, this was when he really lost it and put nefarious plans in motion.

Just some thoughts again, as I think about this idea of BG losing control in his life, specifically at work, in addition to possibly his home life. Of course it could also be nothing of the sort.

Here is the information about this documentary I’m watching now. The killer basically takes this journalist out on his submarine, and comes back alone. It turns out talked about the River of Styx and Heaven and Hell, watched horrific dark web sexual content involving torture, etc. And he planned this crime and tortured and killed this journalist out in his playground submarine, the waters, which also reminds me somewhat of BG.

Peter Madsen was a star, a Elon Musk type, who was smart and respected - he built rockets and submarines. BG could be nothing of the sort, a homeless drifter, a nobody, or maybe he is a somebody.

I do think BG is likely a psychopath and a sadist. But not one with the financial resources, social acumen, or mental acuity of Madsen. I don’t think BG would have a necessarily low IQ, but I don’t think he’s a small town Indiana Elon Musk, either.

There is the north bank shot from the western end of the bridge. The tree growth on the east end, even without leaves, obscures the view too much to really see anything. My video should be up on YouTube in a few minutes.

1) You showed several houses near the trail as you walked along. I did not realize that people lived so close to the trail. Brazen of BG.

2) You also noted that the lack of leaves meant great visibility. Exactly! In addition, BG attacks and kills Abby and Libby in broad daylight. So exposed yet he still chose this area. Why?

No way do I think a stranger was just out walking that trail. I think BG has to be a local or someone who grew up in the area.

3) BG had to have watched the girls to know that no one else was with them. Because, otherwise, the girls could have been there with parents or siblings, who were simply a little farther ahead (or behind).

I have been one of the people who still thinks that the girls thought they were meeting someone. To me, it doesn't matter that the trip seemed spontaneous. It also could explain why there are two sketches of BG.

4) And seeing the actual bridge, can you imagine walking it with your hands in your pockets, as BG did? That does not seem like a natural position. I would want my hands free in case I needed to balance.

ditto- I think I should not watch this either. Madsen should have been too smart and civilized to be torturing and killing and the journalist admired him for which she was "rewarded" with death. I do not see BG as someone that prominent and successful, but maybe my impressions are all wrong.

Often, I wonder if this catfishing matter was when the ball was dropped in 2017 by the Investigative Team but the KAK data, the LAST person to contact Libby, was not picked up again until 2019 when DC stated they were going in a different direction and the killer would likely be surprised because it's all about power to BG.

Maybe DC said they were changing focus because they'd hit a dead end and the killer likely knew LEO did not have many helpful clues or they'd found him already. BG tricked the evidence that was found at the CS, perhaps, and it took ISP 2 years to figure that out, too.

Upon review of their copious amounts of tips, and what not, once the faux pas of the KAK connection was rediscovered, then only then, an Ah Ha! moment may have been observed. Then, the investigators shifted attention by delving into this SnapChat theory and found the Anthony_shots participants may have given ISP almost everything they need for an arrest. Maybe Anna is right in that LEO only need one small missing piece, or two, of the puzzle so everything will all fit together nicely. Then, maybe some justice will be seen in this case, after all.

Agreed, but it sounds like a profile that could definitely fit his dad. The Murder Sheet podcast (Feb. 22, 2022) has an interesting episode of his criminal record.

Again, assuming BG is not someone on LE’s radar, there’s nothing to say, imo, that he hasn’t killed again already.

If he has, and/or does again in the future and he is investigated in that crime, that may certainly be one way he is caught and BG is identified.

Also, I’m not sure his next or other crimes will necessarily be similar to Abby’s and Libby’s. It could be an adult, single victim.

But LE isn't requesting information from the public regarding any of the other zillion persons questioned. KAK, nor his father, have been named a suspect, but LE thinks the creator of a_shots is important.

The reason that I added this interview is because the guests on the show obtained the full full interview AND a 194 page document that has some information they will be releasing in 2 parts. One is the about the charges against KAK, the second more about questions regarding the Delphi case in particular. According to the 2 people Gray is interviewing , the information is being released after redactions are made.
Part one will be released on March 15th.
Part 2 will be released on March 22nd.
