In regards to the podcast, I get the feeling that if the prosecutor requests certain information be withheld, the Murder Sheet group will abide. Even though they might have a constitutional right, they don't want to see harm done the case any more than we do. Jmo.
What piques my interest is the fact that the podcasters requested information on that late 2021 LE presence at the Peru home. They've read the police interview, so if that leads them to being more curious about that Peru event, then I'm curious, too.
For lots of reasons I've already posted about, I think the a_shots ask was aimed directly at getting specific tips in regards to KAK or his father, not some unknown user. I could be wrong.
The biggest problem I have thinking KAK or his father is the killer, is the killer's description per FBI poster. The hair color, height, and weight don't match either one. It really opens up a lot of thoughts, though, because if either of the Ks is involved, it does not necessarily mean that there isn't another suspect. Many think that other suspect could be JBC, who does check a lot of boxes, but really, that's all circumstantial. It could be anyone. However, I don't think LE obtained a search warrant for the K household back in 2017 for no reason, and LE didn't recently ask about the "creator" of a_shots for no reason, and BMc didn't interview KAK for no reason, and LE didn't question KAK about Delphi for no reason.
The whole thing feels like a shift in this case. We have the odd timing on the a_shots ask. Then we find out the link to KAK because of the media. Then we have a media snippet of BMc's interview, which gives a tiny tease about KAK being the last to talk to L. Soon after, there's a clerical mistake that a podcaster/lawyer happens upon, which gives the public access to the entire BMc interview, including the new KAK's father info, and the soon-to-be released LE interview. Seems like a whole lotta slip-ups, imo. I feel almost like it's stoking a fire, you know?
