The issue with what time the killer got to the scene is, based on 2019 PC, why was his car at the CPS building from 12:00 to 17:00

If the killer was cat fishing A&L, why would he have gone there before knowing they would also be there from 13:30??

What I think the reason is, is because the killer (as a local) knew it was a school holiday and by law of averages knew that schoolgirls would walk the trails that day. The fact A&L turned up is just a coincidence.

I am not convinced the vehicle in question is BG's vehicle.

I parked there...you are basically walking in open area either to FB or to where girls were dropped off. I mean...out next to the road, in the open.

IDK... just me questioning the reason behind it. I think it is important, but may be a witness. I think BG was long gone before 5 pm, IMO so if vehicle was still there, it wasn't his.

Dad has not contacted son since the "news" came out and since the house was searched again. ( I wonder if that is when they took the family dog?)
Son says he feels certain dad didn't do it- but absolutely was capable.

KAK says he and his dad watched pay-per-view wrestling, but all I could find is:
Monday Night RAW: February 13, 2017 8PM ET on USA Network TV.

His dad had Mondays off, according to KAK, and usually slept until the afternoon because he worked 3rd shift. I mean, how could KAK even be sure, weeks to years later, that they were both in the house on that specific Monday afternoon?

BM seemed somewhat surprised when KAK said he didn't think his dad knew RL. Does she know otherwise?

I don't think it comes as any surprise to anyone here that KAK's father might be looked at with suspicion when clearly he was the one with obvious access to the a_shots account. IMO, a possible red flag was right there on the affidavit when it states that the father confirmed that KAK used SC and IG. It's not like he couldn't have just known that information, but imo, it also might point to deeper knowledge of online activity than I would expect for a father of an adult son. Jmo.

If we believe KAK, and the iPhone5 was just sitting on the counter when he got home from his polygraph, then either LE totally missed it, or KAK's father put it there. The deletion activity didn't take place until after KAK got home, so apparently, the father wasn't deleting things while his son was away. But it's strange. What prompted that? There was a lot more deleted than just an application, as KAK stated. What were the conversations between father and son that night? Why did it take two days to turn it in?

KAK says the GPS for all his devices proved he was home. Or at least the devices were home. Was there activity on those devices during the timeframe the murders happened? And what about the GPS and activity for the father's devices?

What about the latest LE a_shots ask? They specifically ask about the "creator" of the account. That's KAK. Unless Dad created a secondary one, which would still be from the same IP address. Let's not forget the emily user, listed in the affidavit, who claimed to be having sex with both KAK and his father...

And what about the statement by FBI after the Peru search that nobody from that home was connected to the murders? Just talk? Was the connection found later? Is KAK lying?

I like all of this , a lot..it could account for some missing pieces . especially some the electronic pieces..it does make sense when there is an electronic trail to the A_Shots account where there should be additional electronic evidence along that trail where the obvious proceeding events, pings, pongs and locations should be available , well the trail goes cold. THAT IS HINKY.

I still think it's someone else, but now I think these two people are also involved somehow.

Seems like KAK's dad likes to share his victims and likes to buddy up with another person.

One of them would have done it for sure. But what if one of them freaked out and ran away not expecting murder ? and the other did not do an SA because he already had his fun killing the girls and he stayed and posed them and took off.

There was the Elimination Chamber PPV on the 12th. You can get the PPV for a few days after the actual event. A cable bill would show if he is telling the truth.

I suppose at the very least, if LE thinks there was ever communications between L and KAK or his father, then LE would look in to not only them, but anyone with whom they could have shared images and/or personal information. Maybe neither KAK or his father is the spider, but they built the web...

Thank you. I didn't know that about PPV. I would imagine that LE already has the answers to a lot of my questions and knows how truthful KAK was in his interviews. Hopefully!

I initially thought LE was saying a vehicle was parked at CPS from noon to 5pm, that entire time, which I thought was weird. For me, it was hard to come up with a scenario with that car/truck/van sitting there all afternoon and, like you, I couldn’t fathom the killer walking the length of the trails in the open after killing two girls and risking being seen.
Now I think LE meant that a vehicle was parked there at some time between noon and 5pm. Another example of LE maybe putting out poorly worded information. Maybe the killer’s vehicle was only there 5 minutes or 20 minutes between those times.
Anyway, my thoughts now are that the killer pulled into the CPS parking lot sometime between noon and 5pm. Stayed a short period of time…doing something, maybe considering parking there but changing his mind, maybe stashing a phone he knew not to take with him…then left and parked either at the cemetery or farther down at Wilson’s Bridge.
Just my thoughts.

I fully agree about questioning KAK's honesty and motives. After all, he did admit that he apparently thought he was f'ed, even before the search warrant was carried out.

I will say, however, that the timing of the a_shots ask is strange if the "creator" is KAK, because the CSAM charges were already in place and his trial was set. Is that correct?

And then the recent search again at Peru. Just seems like odd chronology.

The cemetery would be the perfect place to park. The south end is on a downward grade. It is impossible to see the road from down there.

Over time, I have begun to wonder if this vague vehicle request was an attempt to confirm/deny a witness statement or alibi. Not necessarily because they wanted to find the witness again, but because they wanted to verify his/her story. ????
