Something I noted while glancing over the transcripts again this morning:

Page 42, lines 14-16, LE is describing a conversation between "emilyanne" and another "female" username, in which they are discussing an exchange of CSAM. When the other user asks what "emilyanne" is looking for, "emilyanne" sends what LE describes as a photo of a teen girl, exposing her breast, with water over the chest, then "emilyanne" says, "like this." *KAK denies any of this conversation.

I mean, I know I'm getting very technical here, but the first thing I thought of when I read that was the whole creek crossing and/or finding the bodies 50 feet from the water.

The "splashing water" symbol, when used as emojis and such, is like a shorthand way of indicating "ejaculation" or "this turns me on." So the reason that was on the photo is likely a much simpler one than what you're going for here. At least - when I read it I got the impression it was something like an emoji edited on to the photo of the girl, like is commonly done on a Snapchat story or Instagram photo.

I assumed he wanted the girl to take a photo of her bare breast while in the bathtub because, to be in the bath, the girl must be totally nude. And the next photo requested would be of her bare genitals.

If the information I heard a few months ago when someone did a deep dive into JBC's life was that he had been paroled about 4 months before the Delphi murders.

The name of JBC arose after his ugly violence against the missing 9 year old on April, 2021. But it was before that, on Aug, 2020 when KAK was interviewed (published), charged and arrested for the 30 felonies. I’d be surprised if LE wouldn’t have investigated JBCs online activity looking for evidence of CSAM at the same time as he faced all the other charges.

What both of these snakes prove to me is there’s no lack of skuzzy characters who’d make good possible suspects and so the odds are pretty high that there’s still others out there who’s name hasn’t become a topic of media speculation. JMO

I didn't know about the water, and I'm not going to look up the eggplant and the peach. I didn't understand this when I was younger, but there are a lot of things about the world that I'm happier NOT knowing. :-/ The Delphi case has shown me dramatically how many skeezy people there are in rural America. (I already knew about big cities.) It's like words for a couple of supposed sexual practices I saw years ago on the web: I'm really happier not having any idea what they're talking about.

Well no, A Pornographer is someone who creates legal pornographic content, a Pedophile is

1) Someone with an enduring pervasive sexual desire for under age victims (there are subcategories)

2) Collects child

This guy checks both boxes, he even alludes several times in that interview to his "Problem" , as most do when they get caught , all the sudden they "have a problem" and "need help", but had they not been apprehended, they wouldve continued for as long as they could .

Its very rare that they ask for help BEFORE they commit some type of offense, and the longer they utilize, child , the more difficult it becomes, to not offend with an actual victim themselves.

SO what are we looking at ?

The second most common type of pedophile (which we know he is by admission and because he has a "problem") -is the Introverted Pedophile

The Introverted pedophile, is more akin to the old image of the dirty old man at the park, he is a socially inept individual with weak social connections, usually very few if any friends would usually be described as "odd" by those around him.

Some may refer to them as "social marginals", they often struggle with employment, they tend to work in blue collar unskilled jobs, and find work where they can, they may or may not be in a relationship at the time of the offense, but if they are , its often under conditions, where their partner is often aware of something amiss, if not fully aware of the individuals preference. This type may also become involved with a partner who has children their preferred victim age or have children with this particular partner in order to molest their own children.

They often live with parents, or friends, they often move around often, usually due to their deviant nature and discovery of their crimes .

His hobbies will usually be child oriented, usually something in their preferred victim age range, in this day and age it could be anything to do online. or gaming etc..

The Introverted type because of his inability to relate to his desired victims, and the inability to seduce them, is usually is left to brief encounters, such as exposing himself to kids, they rarely but may abduct a victim, but more often he will often assault them where in the general vicinity of where they made the initial contact. If he does abduct a victim, the abduction and assault are usually in quick fashion , full on rape is rare but that is dependent upon certain factors .

This type has a higher likelihood to act violently, then the Seduction pedophile who is looking for a relationship with his victims, and less than the Sadistic type pedophile, who requires pain and suffering from a victim in order to become sexually aroused, but they can and do sometimes commit acts of violence up to and including murder.

Other psychological diagnoses are also common with this type .

In terms of evidence this if often evidenced by the impulsive unplanned nature of their crimes, the murder weapon is often what is at hand, strangulation is the most common means, followed by stabbing/slashing, then blunt force.

In General sexually motivated killers of children are unlike other criminal predatory types , in which that even serial child killers, are not out actively trolling for victims, they are more like killers in waiting , in which the decision to act, is triggered by the victims vulnerability.

The main factor is usually the child being away from an adult presence. They rarely if ever have any physical preference for attributes (Blonde hair etc..) and the younger their preferred victim type the less the gender of the victim mattered.

This also holds true for cases, that are part of a series, unlike killers of adults that may have a criteria for their victims, those who prey upon children usually only need an opportunity.


Because of their inability to directly communicate with their preferred victim type, the introverted pedophile may utilize other methods, such as online, or other anonymous methods to communicate with their preferred age group .

Collection of commercially produced child is common with this type.

IDK,If the suspect had been young or catfished the girls,then why didn't he take their cell phones?So they couldn't call 911,so the phones wouldn't ring while he was mid-crime giving up their location to other park visitors(tossing them into the creek would have achieved this the quickest and maybe destroyed fingerprint evidence),to erase evidence of a planned meet up and other digital content.One could argue that L did such a fine and discrete job of filming that he had no idea he was being filmed and it was in his best interest to leave them(if he even knew they were).If the phones were undisturbed when the police found them than that to me would suggest that this was random and I believe it was. Statistics say that on a national level we see the most suicides around Valentines day and some people tend to feel negative/depressed,which could have been a factor in this case.Like previously suggested in this thread I believe he's a motorcyclist,I think he rode his bike out there to feel better,maybe do some bird watching,something therapeutic.I think those two 14 yr old girls did what any 14 yr old would've have done whether it's you or me and that's to find the best rock to drop from the bridge into the creek.Of course they didn't see him down there.He was cussing and yelling and I bet they just started walking away(A couldn't run the bridge,L doesn't leave her friend),he finally catches up with them and this is where the compliance factors in,they probably complied because they thought they were in trouble.I also believe this is why he focused on L because out of the two L seems most likely to drop a rock as she has been out there the most.That's my projection of it but they're keeping the lid pretty tight on the info.

Thanks to everyone for the updates on this case. I am also playing catch up. I listened to the Murder Sheet interview yesterday. <modsnip> IMO It pleases me the most that this case is still finding leads. It would be great to see the interview in video. I would like to watch his body language. My perception is that he tried to manipulate the interview (loud claps and cheers to the great interviewer). My perception was also that he deflected easily , attempted to sound honest, tried to downplay his problem, and yet still managed to sound creepy. There may very well be a connection to dear old dad. The grainy picture and voice captured by Libby disturbs me. Children often are not aware of their surroundings ( I know I wasn't at times) but on the other hand they can be quick to pick up signals if they feel something is off. I have no way of knowing but Libby definitely may have felt the need to take the picture and get the voice. The big question is who else would have wanted to hurt them if not a pedophile ? So far no bullies, etc. It makes my heart sing when bad people get caught. I hope it happens this time.

We don't know the condition of the phone or exactly where it was found. We also don't know what transpired so there are a lot of ways that the phone could have been unavailable for a 911 call. It's also possible that Libby was able to dump her phone and BG couldn't find it.
