I don't think so. I think we're just getting a slight view of the investigation from the inside. Does it bring me hope? Yes, but I also think these types of things have been happening for years, we just weren't aware of it.

True enough, but for me it is HIGHLY unlikely that it is merely an unfortunate coincidence for KAK that he just happened to have been communicating with Libby the night before the murders and just happened to have set up a meeting with her at the location where she ended up killed. If KAK wasn't intimately involved he has to be the unluckiest pedophile ever. MOO

Good morning, Sunshiney amigo! Just my own experience but: I've got a half-dozen old working phones. I've used the same SIM card for years; my provider sent it with a little adapter that lets it fit in any phone I've ever tried. I keep one phone so it can look at the doorbell camera via wifi--don't trust the data safety enough to use my real phone for that.
My iPhone connects automatically to known wifi networks. He may not have connected manually. It could have been automatic.

The leaked transcripts from the police interrogation of KAK do indicate that he did indeed communicate with Libby the night before the murders. This is per a fox59 news article from March 24 of this year. I do not buy the idea that that was any kind of coincidence.
Good question. I've heard this too but I don't I've ever heard a direct source. I do know that Libby's grandmother at one point said she thought if you combine the two sketches into one, that would be a more accurate portrayal of BG. She said that on the People Magazine special a few years ago.
Except KAK denied it during that interview and LE does not have to tell the truth. Publicly, there is no information out there to support a meet-up conversation happened.

LE confronts Kline about digital evidence they had saying they knew he planned a meet up and when asked by others in communication with him he admits they had a meet up planned be she never showed up.
MOO, but I think LE was telling the truth, and I think they know a meet up was scheduled. It is for sure certain that KAK and Libby per the transcript were in contact the night before she and Abby were murdered. If it looks like a duck.... Do I think KAK is BG? Very possibly. Is he involved, absolutely. MOO but I think LE believes KAK committed this crime. They don't need to formally charge him until they have all the evidence they need for a conviction. He isn't going anywhere. I think to avoid the death penalty he has implicated his father. In order to escape the death penalty LE wants evidence and he ( MOO) told him there was video and photographic evidence tossed into the river. MOO that that is what the river search has been about and MOO that they found what he said would be there. In this scenario, 2 possibilities exist. Either he is telling the truth and TK killed the girls and the evidence is on the recovered electronics or he alone committed this crime and has naively assumed that whatever LE fished from the river after 5 1/2 years will be unrecoverable and worthless.
I get what everyone is saying but LE lying to KAK about the evidence they have is an interrogation tactic. It's done with purpose for a specific reason and it's not an uncommon tactic. We know they have evidence of the A_S profile talking to Libby. We don't know if they have direct communication of a plan to meet up. It would be the smart move for LE to pressure KAK into confessing (because he seems to like to deny things before admitting to them) to say they have evidence to push him over the line to admitting it. We as the public, cannot push the narrative to what is fact when we do not have anything to back it up.
