The eyes on the second sketch and those of the arrestee are EXACT, as is the bottom lip, the eyebrows are nearly exact as are the dimensions of the face.

I don't believe for a second that the lady walking her dog(s) agreed that he was 5'9" or in his 20-30's.

The first sketch is probably FBI junk. They came up with 5'9"

MOO, I think RMA’s nose and the nose on the 2nd sketch are very similar.
Mostly everything else is kind of, maybe-ish

Most likely not. I have to collect videos like those for work and it is considered divine intervention if there is any video older than a month.

Spent five years in corporate & store security overseeing the area that provided monitoring to franchise stores and this is 100% truth. The amount of disk and/or cloud space that security recordings take up is massive. Most servers don't have the capacity to store more than 7-10 days if that.

How it's usually set up is the server or cloud has a maximum memory capacity and the camera records continuously. Once the limit is reached - again it's server or disk space not number of days - then the system overwrites the oldest existing data on a continual loop.

I don't know of a security provider in the world that has enough storage space to have recordings back that far.

It restores the phone to the exact settings and apps as when the phone was purchased. So any apps added after that, pictures taken, etc. are all wiped from the phone. However, most phones have an upload to a cloud (virtual storage) where pictures and videos taken among other things are still available on the cloud account.

Libby's phone was uploading to the cloud so anything that her cloud was set up to store would have had backup copies of even if she reset the phone itself.

Considering he lived right there in the same town, he probably got used to seeing them literally everywhere, in public places. Pretty creepy when you think about how easily he just blended right in. I wonder if it surprised him too?

If you read about BTK, he seemed almost "removed from himself" as if he was not really connected to his own identity or what he was doing.

What's odd is if you search on FB, there is a profile for someone who lives in Monticello with that name... it's clearly not RA nor is it a profile that would be potentially alluring to young teen girls either.

ETA: Even weirder... Craigh R Rentfrow, Monticello, IN (47960) - Spokeo

Same age as RA and has a wife listed named "Cathy" (Kathy?). There's a second Spokeo listing for the same name, but age 41, which seems more aligned with the FB. It's like RA was using this guy's name to catfish with?

One possibility: the two offender IDs in Carroll County are for two different charges. One charge is murder X2 and the other charge is for stealing CRR's identity and using it to commit crimes. (i.e. getting a credit card in his name and buying/viewing underage material)

When he's transferred to White County, they simply book him on one charge - Murder X2.

RA having a family gives me creepy BTK vibes. Now I’m interested in cold cases before he had his daughter. Didn’t BTK stop killing for a while to “raise a family”? Is this a one time thing? Could he possibly have killed before and picked it up again once his daughter was out of the house?
Looking forward to Mondays press conference. I’m not surprised they’ll be waiting until then. Haven’t most the Delphi press conferences been held on mondays?
