Concerning BG:

I wonder if he HASN'T changed his appearance at all. Is there a better disguise than literally blending in with nearly every Midwestern guy in and around the area? If he were to have changed, it would have caused immediate speculation of family, friends, work colleagues, neighbors etc...especially in a small town such as Delphi.

By the sheer number of tips, I'm sure he has been regarded with suspicion by at least one or more people who have said something like, "Hmmm...that kind of looks like so and so." While someone else who may also know him may see the same photo and say, "That looks nothing like him." I think he's in one of the tips, but isn't high up on the list of suspicion yet because unfortunately, we can only speculate on issues such as height, age and build. It is so hard in this photo to pin point any features or anything about his clothing that would slam the book shut on his identity... and I'm willing to put money on that he knows that.

Maybe he hasn't been questioned by LE yet...Then again, maybe he has. In any event, I personally believe he's somewhere in LE's pool of tips, and he is purposefully laying low. I think he's gleefully reading forums about the case, and keeping tabs on what LE is releasing, and knows that his "disguise" as an everyday guy from the Midwest is causing real issues in identifying him, and he sure as hell doesn't want to change that. I believe he is a local hiding in plain sight. JMO

I also want to thank those of you on here who are putting so much effort into cleaning up BG's photo so we can work together to help identify him and/or his clothing. Your work is so appreciated and helpful. I hope your efforts are causing him to sweat a little, maybe even getting a little less sleep, knowing that it takes just takes one tip, one glimmer of recognition, one person out of so many who are following this case, to cause this all to crumble in on him. It's only a matter of time, and I believe your effort is helping to eventually accomplish this. #FINDHIM

How can I report a convicted sex offender?

Once an RSO is named anywhere online in relation to this case people search their names. If people become aware the RSO has a fb account, it's a good bet that they don't just have their name sent in to the tip line multiple times, they also have their account repeatedly reported to fb.

Personally I'd be more inclined to let them keep posting in case they incriminate themselves, but I understand people feeling an urgency to have the accounts removed too - because who knows what they're up to on private messaging.

I've read the past 4 threads and haven't seen it confirmed that the Girls Phone has been found? (LE does not have the phone nor has it ever been located?)

They retrieved the video / audio from an external server?

My random thoughts so far ( some are obvious)....... MOO
BG looks like a 35 - 40 year old white male , wearing a paper boy hat with jacket and hood. Right hip has a fanny pack/ hand gun pack

Random Attack but BG may have lived near bye at one point in his life.

BG may have a job that travels a lot ( driver , construction , etc)

Hope LE releases the rest of the video...hmmm

I rewatched the RTV6 really long helicopter flyover (it's page 1 of the media thread) and I don't see power lines anywhere that would be in sight of the bridge and over the water. It has to be somewhere else along the creek, or maybe on the Wildcat Creek. I don't think the Wabash but I guess it is possible.

You know I spent about a half an hour last night trying to find that helicopter footage! Ugh!

Yeah, I did say I could not account for the wires but it was interesting to me that the rest of the picture fit almost perfectly. I just put it out there anyway. I cannot match Skibaboo or Gray Hughes but one can dream!

I haven't seen anything official suggesting that the phone wasn't found or that the video and audio came from an external source. All I've seen about it has been speculation, rumors and opinions (sometimes stated as facts.) MOO

Why do so many people think BG was wearing a hat in the still shot? It's obvious it's his hair and is in need of haircut. You can even see the part and cowlick near the rear/top of his cranium.

Second pic looks like he's sporting a hood but that's because of the darker lighting. In the darker pic the cowlick and hair style is clear.

LE said he was wearing a hoodie when asked what we were seeing on his head.

I know it's not likely, but it could work if they came up with something that wouldn't be likely to be seen by anyone else. Saying the two were fishing/hunting/whatever out of town would work much better than saying they were at a restaurant, work, or some other place where there would be other people to say they weren't there. All of the following in IMHO and thinking out loud. Trafficking and child porn, eh? Maybe this was just to be a quick grab and go but Libby fought back. Maybe 'git down the hill' was directions to this guy's vehicle. Maybe one of the girls took off across the river and he had to take immediate action or risk being discovered. The picture in that article is remarkably similar and he looks very young for his age. That could account for why some of us thought BG was 20-30s.

I'm praying we get a break in the case soon. I had my gallbladder removed today and have been flat on my back ever since. Whenever I am awake enough, I come back to check on our angels.

I wonder if there were at least 2 and this is maybe how they stopped the girls from getting away, by trapping them on the bridge, one on each side. Maybe Liberty took the video when she realized they were closing in from both sides and there was no escape.

I second this. It's almost hard for me to keep up with all the pages, they move so quickly. I am trying to search for all the articles online but the only one I found that referenced an arrest was the guy from FW. Has another one been made that could be important to this investigation?

Thanks for the reply! I tried that scenario but I couldn't make the bridge line up and the sandbar seemed too prominent and I would think that you would see it in the picture of Abby. Still, I was trying out different scenarios and that was one of them. Perhaps someone will be able to make it work like you say? I just have google maps. I know some people have great software that they work with.

Isn't it odd how we see different things? I keep wondering how anyone thinks they see hair when it is "obvious" to me his hair is not visible in either shot. What some see at a cowlick is a crease in the head cover (hat, hoodie or both) to my eyes.
