There is a very good possibility the individual is wearing a distinctive watch on his right wrist IMO.

I have no idea why the photo has been altered to make it appear that there is something there when the original photo is different. When I zoom in on that part of the original photo, this is what I see

Clarify please. Here's where I'm bogged.. The bridge guy, as far as I know he was trying to be identified for questioning, not for the murders, they haven't said he did it, they just know he was in the area and hasn't came forward, correct?? So, we actually DON'T know that he is responsible, right? For all we know is he was a passerby visiting the bridge and scenery, correct? We don't know the voice even belongs to him.. He could've left and the murderer could've been waiting in hiding anywhere.. Is this correct?

Police have confirmed that he is the suspect.

Initially, in the first few days he was someone they wanted to talk to, possible witness etc, but he was very quickly named a suspect by LE and stated to have participated in the murders.

I don't think there's a watch there either. His wrist/hand is inside a pocket (or possibly behind his back) so that white dot is probably part of the pants, or perhaps an undershirt peeking out. It could even be a part of the background that just looks to be attached to him.

Is there anything new? Don't have time to read all the post.

Was that not a ploy at the beginning to see if BG would come forward ?

When he did not LE said he was a suspect after a few days.

Can you tell if this image is mirrored or not? If not, his left arm has no watch. I own watches but don't wear them daily. Other family feels like they're not dressed without theirs, so I don't think whether it's a watch or not is all that important, IMO. It does look like one, I agree with that.

So, I guess that leaves me slogging through video footage to see if there is one on the right or left arm at anytime of media interviews.
i don't see one on either here on his inside edition interview

Do you think I altered the picture to make it look like there is a watch..? This (without the WS watermark) was one of my first tips I sent in time ago. I posted it thereafter in one of the early threads. Not claiming it has to be a watch, could be something else shaped like it.

Also, zooming into a picture as opposed to using professional enlargement software makes a huge difference.

Exactly! I was actually going to type that someone should call Tobe and ask him.
Whats the difference between "not a suspect" and "cleared of being a suspect"? It's just semantics isn't it?

They didn't release the video of Israel Keyes kidnapping Samantha until after she was found dead and he was captured. Horrible video of him coming through the drive up window where she was closing up that night. Last scene is him walking her through a snow covered parking lot. <shudder>

And didn't someone state a while ago that the FBI doesn't always release the profile to the public?

The best I have for professional software is Adobe PhotoShop. Is there another software that is being used that adds more details to the original photo?

A watch or some other wrist device (GPS?).

Okay.. So, because he didn't come forward is what makes him a suspect.. Hmmm what if he has no idea about this case. What if he was only passing thru and knows nothing. I'm in a different state and I don't know anybody that knows about this where I'm from. I only heard about this on Live Pd. I'm just curious if that is what made him the suspect.

Generally speaking: as suspect that is cleared, has been named a suspect . Investigated and then found to be clear of any possible involvement. Not a suspect at this time usually means that there isn't enough evidence to name them as an official suspect. But generally when they say not a suspect they mean they don't have evidence enough or even any at all to connect them and name them as a suspect....moo
