Has RL been removed to prison? If not how will we know when he is moved.

Yes. He is at the Reception Diagnostic Center with an earliest possible release date of 2/7/2019.

Well, it's Friday night and a big cheers to all! The huge crime BG committed here can hit you in the gut and make you want to vomit. When the information slows, people begin to pick apart other posters opinions and thoughts about the case. I'm no mod but but over the years I have learned to scroll and roll. This man will go down and I hope soon!

They have alot more audio they can release, that much has been made clear

And yet they haven't. I'd love to know why you or anyone else thinks that is.

I'd also love to hear opinions on why we have yet to hear a single criticism of LE coming from the families of Abby and Libby. A bunch of strangers are sure having no problem with criticizing the investigation, but the families aren't. That seems rather telling to me, IMO.

If it is true the clothing was found in the water, couldn't he have
murdered them there? That would allow the blood to wash away. He could have murdered them and de-clothed them there, but moved the bodies where they were found.

I'd be surprised if the murder site is not confined to the crime scene taped area, TBH. It's possible but I doubt it due to no tape and even though they searched the creek looking for evidence. That may be where they recovered the phone if they did, IMO.

If you didn't have most of us blocked because we disagree with your opinions, you would know our opinions. We have stated them ad nauseum over the past several weeks. With links and FACTS to back up our thoughts.

Many of us have posted link after link after link of LE's actual words wrt to RL, factual reasons why BG isn't RL or the DTH voice, reasons why RL wouldn't leave murdered girls on his own property..and on and on..

Maybe it's just me, but I tend to use logic, reasoning, and factual statements from LE to determine where a case stands or not.

I think several have already said why they think LE should give an update. Asking for an update isn't the same as criticizing. Maybe you aren't seeing the remarks because you have so many peope on your ignore list (your comment not mine).

LE knows the community is suffering and fearful...they would reassure them if they could do so.

And they don't investigate murders just for the survivors. They are sworn to "protect and serve" the entire community. I am sure they are well aware just how vital it is to get to a point where they can tell parents they've got him. I really do not believe they are being anything other than honest. That latest interview should serve as a continued warning of danger to locals.

Jmo of course

IMO, and with respect, LE owes the public. Especially the parents of children in and around Delphi. JMO

WADR, LE stated the public was not in danger in the first few days. If the public was owed and in danger, you can bet the governor of Indiana would have Doug Carter answering for it, IMO.

IMO any time spent on or crossing the water was done in an expedited manner. BG would have had zero concealment in the creek. Not just from the bridge but also from the creek banks. Noise also travels farther over water even if there is some noise suppression from any sort of rapids. If the crossing took place right as it got dark it may have been difficult to see anyone crossing. If it was 9:19pm (moonrise) or later there was 92% illumination that night (Waning Gibbous, 92% of the Moon is Illuminated) . I would have to say that during the time the volunteer search party was out looking for them at this time it would almost be like walking in daylight with no foliage on the trees. IMO

Check Indiana Department of Corrections inmate locator if they have one. Fed BOP and many counties and states have them.

...yet the Colonial Parkway Murders, which as far as I can tell have not been solved, or at least most have not been solved, involved one perp and two victims, in each case. I'd never heard of those cases until recently here on WS, and I think of myself as fairly up on news going back 30 years.

MOO is this was a very brazen and calculated attack, by one perp who knew the 'killing field' he attacked the girls within. Early on, i figured it had to be a SK, and no one at this stage in the game can convince me otherwise. The perp had to have known that no one would have been looking for the girls shortly after the crimes were committed. Hence why LE and even family were not too terribly alarmed, that evening.

Me? I'm a city boy, and would have been alarmed early on, but we can't judge.

If the perp is brought before a jury, he WILL be judged, and all of us can just hope that happens, at this point. I'm not 100% sure what type of case this would be, even, and I've served on a jury. Probably State of Indiana? I got a federal jury summons not long ago, out of Hammond.

BBM

Is there a particular reason you feel that way? That makes it sound like the perp would have known their schedule (?)

Libby's family recently expressed their frustration with the lack of an arrest in this case. I wouldn't say they were criticizing LE, but they are understandably upset that the case hasn't been solved.

The Pattys still have faith that will happen, even though the wait is turning out to be longer than they hoped.

“We would have loved to have seen something happen very shortly after, but the investigators are taking their time. Again, they’re crossing their t’s and dotting their i’s,” said Mike.

“We want to see an iron-clad case be pulled up so there’s no holes in this,” he said “Let’s make sure we’re going to do it, we’re going to do it right."

“Obviously, there’s somebody out there, I think I still believe that holds the key or a tip that will bring this person or persons to justice,” he said.

Patty is hoping someone will recognize the suspect seen in the picture and the voice in the audio clip. His family wants justice.

“We continue to put one foot in front of the other, there are still very rough days and very rough hours,” he said. “I can’t say it’s getting any easier.”

Not just you.. I'm pretty sure that's how we have all been doing it..

Jmo they never should have said the public was not in danger, if they did say that. They don't know who killed the girls. Maybe they think they know the motive, and that it was personal, directed toward just these (or one of the) girls. But if they know motive, it should provide a "who".

RTV6, out if Indy, announced they would be running a special on Abby and Libby next week. Maybe that will spark a few more leads.

This was posted by FrostedGlass this morning. Has anyone heard anything to confirm when this might be?

Le is not feeling optimstic at this time. How much clearer can that be? I am not addressing any specific post but I am at a loss how that translates to just need more time for him to "slip up" or are "watching" him but not enough evidence.
Jmo
Because basically he's still out there, so it's a Matter of time and he will slip. Some" on here may know things that lead them to think they are watching him., and waiting on the slip up. I myself feel as though for reasons that they do know who he is and they are watching him and they are waiting for something more then than what they know and have to bring him down. They have to get all their ducks In a row and I'm very optimistic[emoji4] [emoji120] that they will get him.. Locals and family talk and they have have been and I don't think at all its running dry.. I just think it will take more time than what they thought..That's all. Moo.. my opinion only. He will be caught just not In the time frame you or I want him caught.. I have hope and Faith and I know it is going to happen. Without hope, what do you have? Hang in there!!

Agreed 100 something. How does anybody know they are safe? Children, adults anybody. If he's still out there then how in the world is anybody safe. That I def disagree on. And I'm sure delphi is a nervous wreck...[emoji20] it's hurting everyone and making people fear things more and feeling secure is a struggle.

The last interview with LE destroyed what little optimism I had. Saying optimism isn't high and begging for tips to identify the man on the bridge, tells me that do NOT have a clue. moo, of course
