If they aren't on the trail of someone specific and just keeping it hush for now, then they really do need to consider releasing a little more. I mean something, anything.. no matter how little, would be better than nothing. For instance..I can't see how a little snippet of the video instead of the still frames would hurt, even between image 1 & 2..he has his hands in his pockets in both, surely nothing graphic could be seen. I do believe they've been working their behinds off and I know they want to catch him, but I just don't understand not giving the public a little more to go on. Heck even if they don't want to release video or audio, how about just a more definite response or two. I don't understand the media either in this case, seems like they've avoided asking better or more direct questions when given the opportunity.

jmo.

Wow! I'm seeing it for the first time with this image. Could you do the same thing with the other image to see if it looks like this one?

Sorry. I can't.

I would be completely on board with light facial hair, if I could see the same thing in both photos. I'm not seeing the same thing in the second picture at all, which makes me wonder if we're seeing shadows or skin folds, instead of facial hair.

my brother lived a few blocks from the Ramsey's home in Boulder. it sat on the market for a long time for a fraction of the price. It was a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood.

Remember Rev Robert Schuler the televangelist? His daughter bought the Ramsey house.

Any average men about? How far could you walk from the bridge and the crime scene in 15 minutes if you were walking at a decent pace, given the topography and assume in all directions. I mean both from the bridge and the crime scene. TIA

Yes, the hair doesn't look short to me either.
Thank you for circling that!
okay, I was looking at a spot lower and to the right of what you circled. In retrospect, I think what I was looking at is a shirt collar or some type of coat collar that is flared upward. Anyway.

Yes, IMHO, that certainly looks like grey or blonde hair. But it is not mid ear length, as I had thought originally.

Bemused, doesn't it look like a sideburn of some sort? Albeit a longish one?

Thoughts please!

It's funny how we see different things in the same photo. I've always thought his hair color was most likely light to medium brown. But, the photo is so grainy it is too hard to tell.

Does having a heinous crime happen on or near your property reduce the value of it?

I am a Realtor so I wanted to share my opinion based on my experience and the law in my state. Properties like this are referred to as "stigmatized" properties. The value is often lower because less people are willing to purchase a property where a tragic event has occurred.

Laws vary from State to State. In my State, a death does not have to be disclosed unless whatever occurred is still considered an active investigation. My State views "disclosable" items to be those items that are "material defects" - physical defects which affect a property's condition.

I had a Buyer for a property where a murder-suicide occurred - it was actually referred to as "the murder-suicide house" because it was a beautiful, tranquil horse farm that seemed one of the last places you would expect to see a man kick in the door and fire 9 bullets into his wife before killing himself as their three small children fled the house. In this case the Seller wanted the Buyer to know what happened so the Buyer wouldn't cancel the Contract prior to closing if they found out.

These Buyers were OK with buying the property anyway, but I've had other Buyers who won't even consider a property where there has been a murder. These properties often sit vacant for long periods of time, and oddly enough some never seem to be able to free themselves of the negative aura. My son's girlfriend's grandmother was the final victim in a triple murder suicide in 1979. A man killed his wife and 15 y/o daughter as they slept, then waited until morning when their 27 y/o neighbor came over to carpool to work with the wife. He then killed the neighbor and himself. The neighbor left behind a 4 y/o - my son's girlfriend's mom.

The house was eventually sold, for a very reduced price. That owner sold it at a loss several years later. The next owner lost it to foreclosure. Even though it's been almost 40 years, the negative feeling about the home lingers.
