I do too except for the 'down the hill' part. I think it was definitely a command. I believe LE thinks so too due to the comment they made about him sounding "exasperated" (like he had told them to do it already). That's a command, IMO.

This may imply several things. It is possible that the victims were at least somewhat prepared to receive a command, so being given one did not cause automatic refusal / resistance. This preparation to receive a command could be from several circumstances:

- Geo Cache, Pokémon hunt: Phone is confused about the elevation. BG, a trawling potential murderer, tells them it is under the trestle, down the hill. They hesitate, but obey as the command makes sense given the game. BG then follows them down.

- A meeting for some purpose: The victims are prepared to meet some one, or be shown something, or be given something. Though not expecting BG per se, he and his commands are not so unexpected that they refuse to obey. BG then follows them down, or there is a person (s) waiting for them.

Though I think a meeting for any purpose would have been referred to on social media by teen age girls, the lack of such references cannot be used to rule out a possible meeting. Some criminals may well have gotten very social media shy and prefer verbal arrangements and cautioned the victims not to "go social media".

Though a certain number of teenager would instantly disobey a "no social media", caution, the victims might have followed it for a variety of reasons. This is especially true if only one victim was fully informed about the meeting. As to what the meeting was for, there are a lot of possibilities... .

Just reading through. I agree. I'm starting to believe LE wants someone to recognize the nose itself . It's the only thing I'm half sure about the guy has a recognizable schnoz. IMO always

I was fascinated about his nose re possibly BG but there are many many SOs which have big noses (often crooked too).

I'm just on the fence with"exasperated" i know people that sound like they just arrived running from a block or two away and they walked from the front of the house. One other thing is if suspect knew what he had planned before they were aware it could have been him taking deep breathes anticipating his next move. Jmo

This is what makes me wonder if the bodies were moved after the search was called off that night.

How on earth did none of the search team that first evening not find them , we had the family searching from roughly 3.30 and LE called in at 5.30pm so plenty of time to search.

Remember we're looking at it all in hindsight. Initially there was absolutely no reason to believe the girls were murdered. Several news reports indicate as late as midnight LE believed no foul play was expected. The locations were people would look for alive girls, given a vast array of reasons they were AWOL, are entirely different than a body search.

The next day, when the organized search began, its likely was a more detailed grid search that was designed to look for clues. Maybe they'd been forcibly kidnapped and signs of a struggle could be found. Maybe there was an overnight party, etc. But I'd bet you anything that even on Feb 14th nobody expected to find the bodies. Somewhere it was said they checked along the trails, likely thinking the girls may have been disorientated or injured. Probably calling out as they went along.

I think BG was gone before it was known the girls were missing, and that he left them where he killed them, where they were found. I do not hear "down the hill" as a command, more telling the girls where something of interest can be found, in order to get them off the bridge and out of sight, to commit the crimes.
I do not think it took very long, maybe not as long as half an hour. Once he had control of them, whether tied up or with weapon for example, it would not take very long to do what he intended to do (SA in my opinion).

Whether he was out there in order to kill, who knows...

I also think LE is frustrated and being honest when they say they are downhearted right now. RL is not their man, imo, not sure if they ever seriously thought he was.

All jmo, obviously...

I too always thought it did not sound like a command. We must remember that what " WE " are hearing is most likely a loop. He probably only said it once in reality, the loop makes it sound more menacing. Now if he did indeed say " get down the hill " as some have speculated, then it would sound more like a command.

It's true, I'm not sure if it is just that the still photo obscures the nose or if BG really has a nose like that. But yes also IMO strangely enough lots of them do have strange noses as well. I feel like I'm on a nose rant today but besides jeans and a jacket it's all I got as far as identity goes IMO always

Let's say it's 4:30 -5:00pm on Monday Feb 13th and A+L's family is standing at South end of bridge looking and calling for girls. If one of the parents/guardians who was owner of phone account & Libby's phone could activate the app program to "find" lost phone or find location, Would this application work if Libby's phone was dead? Does it matter if it's dead or Not? Thanks . Is a dead phone going to "ping". Not talking about towers, talking about phones finding one another on same account.

RTV6, out if Indy, announced they would be running a special on Abby and Libby next week. Maybe that will spark a few more leads.

The police, maybe Kim Riley or Tony Slocum, said some of the people they've interviewed have found to be less than truthful as to their alibis.

I can't figure RL lying about his even though he had to have known he'd be going to jail if he's one of the less than truthful. I understand why someone wouldn't want to go to jail on a PV for drinking and driving, but if I was on probation for shoplifting, the police are questioning me about my whereabouts on Day X that two murder victims are found near my property, I'm trilling like a canary that I was shoplifting at Walmart and they should have security tapes to prove it. People lie to cops all the time, but in a murder case, even if I was robbing a bank, I'd be trying to clear myself, IMO.
If you remain silent, that wouldn't be lying would it because it is one's right. I think that was the deal, that LE dropped the no cooperation charges in return that RL admitted the PV. It was probably very difficult as he just had two months to go and presumably could then drive again and have a drink after that but did not want to impede a murder inquiry. That's when he started listening to his lawyer I guess. MOO.

Why am I seeing a face where the brown patch used to on his jeans ?

I'm concerned I have now looked at BG so much I'm going insane.
I have given up looking at it now as I cannot see hardly anything that is being mentioned, watch, videocam, hair, hat, hoodie, rucksack, puppy (almost saw that one), scarf, tash, goatee, fu man chu etc. Only thing I get an idea there is a cig in his mouth, the side that has the sun on it. My two pennworth FWIW.

I wonder if his nose is actually a fairly normal looking nose but because the image was captured whilst the subject was in motion it looks distorted and wider than it is?

For a long time I could swear BG was wearing a scarf/cloth over his nose and mouth.

every time i look at this pic i see so many similarities between the two.
I think RL looks like he has a shrunken head. It seems too small for the body. Also, we have no scale or heights so we cannot go by that really IMO.

This is something I've wondered as well, with the images being still frames of someone in motion it could possibly cause some slight distortions. What if he was turning/moving his head, even just a little bit..as you said, it could maybe make his nose look a bit different than how it actually looks.

Just to chime in, I'm a lefty and have always worn my watch on my left.
I cannot see a watch. However, I am right handed, and when I wore a watch it was always on my left hand. ( to avoid spilling my tea when being asked what the time is ).
