<snipped by me>
That charge was on 7/24/2015.
So that's two instances we know of he drove in 2015, two in 2016, and two in 2017 (one in April in IN and the photo near searchers in CO). He got 3 driving while suspended tickets, one each year from 2015-2017.
Those were just the times he was caught driving. Probably many more times he was driving a car and wasn't caught. I think this guy just does what he pleases as far as using/driving a vehicle and it's worth the risk/no big deal to him if he gets caught. MOO
There was another instance in Georgetown ? (Co or In - not sure) where he gave a false name/id 18 Jul '17 IIRC.

:gaah:

Again, something that can be read 2 ways.

Living under the underpass during the day and walking to or getting dropped off at her son’s car to sleep at night.
Living in the car which was parked under the bridge.

Assuming in either circumstance he locked it when he wasn’t sleeping in it, did he have the whole set of keys? Just the keyfob to lock and unlock but not start the car? Was it a driveable vehicle? Or was it parked somewhere needing work done before it could run again?

Why does every answer we get lead to another round of questions???

:banghead:

I'm right there beside you at the brick wall !!

It's beyond me why answers to clear questions end up being "a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma."

And you've managed to come up with even more questions than I had. My head is really spinning now. (:

At this point, I would gladly settle for simply knowing if the car was drivable.

No but as the only hog slaughtering place in Indiana, I can't see them going anywhere else if they have to comply with certain standards - unless they sold them live at market.
Eta Momma has pointed out two others in Indie but they are farther than Delphi .

I think that from the farm in Morgan county that Delphi is closest.
But I am sure farmers choose a certain plant for a variety of reasons.

I took the quote as meaning that he sometimes slept under the underpass and sometimes slept in a car-not that he was doing both at the same time.

Still not seeing the correlation between him working on the pig farm and being the one who actually drove them to be slaughtered.

I think BG's voice is measured and in total control; in contrast, DN's voice seems to be all over the place (not to mention in a different pitch).
I agree about the car. There is nothing to indicate DN was given the keys to the car, that it was even operational, and that, if he could drive it, that he couldn’t sleep in it except if he parked under a bridge. But there is evidence that he had no access to a car, since KN had to drive him to his check-in on 2/14. Most likely, at the time, KN was his only means of transportation (and he wasn’t even living with her at the time). So, no DNA. No eyewitness match. No transportation. No connection with Delphi. No report of someone giving him a ride on 2/13, except KN (“pretty sure”) to the ultrasound. No sexual assault history. Only a general resemblance to the sketch, like hundreds of other people. No apparent voice match (definitely a different timbre to it). And not much continued LE interest in DN, judging from the sheriff’s recent comments.

I am not able to keep up with this thread most of the time.. can you link me the sheriff's recent comments? TY!!

PS How do we know that KN was not living with DN at Feb 13th?

I missed the part where we determined for sure what time the ultrasound took place on Feb 13th (as being 2:45pm).. can someone link how we know this? TY!!

RBBM

It has neither been confirmed nor denied that the girls were victims of a SA. At this point, with the information we have through MSM and LE, whether DN or whomever BG turns out to be has a history of SA on his record is irrelevant.

The original question was did he have access to a car and the Capt Worth quote and the Bortner quote both show he had access to a car. What he did with or in that car is debatable. He would not have told LE if he was driving it even if he was because he didn't have a licence. He probably kept his belongings in it, slept in it, drove it if he had gas money, got someone else to drive or said that's what happened if Capt Worth asked him etc. Point is he had access to a car and lived in it under bridges in February 2017, in Indiana. He did the same in Colorado. Everyone has seen the links now more than once. Could those who kindly posted the links, put them into the media thread? As we are close to the end of this thread, it will save us going thru this again hopefully. TY all.

Just to keep this up with DNs ways of getting around:

DN relied on her and coworkers to get him to and from work.

Where was he working?

Yes but it is 2 hours from Martinsville pig farm so further than Delphi is which is only 1hr 20 mins .
So he had access to 2 cars in Feb, now I want to find out if and where DN was working in February. KN said he came with her to Hospital visits if he wasn't working or took days off if he was working. Shouldn't the SO registry show his place of work in February 2017? I found him on the Morgan county RSO list but could not see a work address shown. Has anyone already looked at that?

Agree. Since we don't know if the girls were sexually assaulted, past history of SA has little relevance. IMO, I would extend this line of thinking to RSOs, too. This is just one of many pieces of missing information that makes me incapable of pinning this crime on anyone in particular at this time. Too many variables that are as of yet unknown.

I think the attemped sexual assault was thwarted by the girls and he killed them in anger. What do you think of DN breaking KN's nose in front of their child, his choking attempt on KN plus the reported hatchet threats as well? Is this escalation?

I thought DN and KN were evicted from the Pig Farm in Oct. 2015.

I agree 100% with the SA being thwarted & BG killing them out of anger. MOO

evicted from a pig farm..seriously?

Im sorry but early on I said this person is an opportunist, and this is sadly the case with DN.

there is a reason DN is perpetually homeless, there is a reason for the evictions and the panhandling and the sob stories.

this is the lifestyle of a sociopath...they burn everyone, they work the short term hustle, they aren't just poor and can't make it...it's more than that...

look at him keying that car..this is a total psychopath, who does that? LOOK at that.. that's called zero self control, that is
sneaky , evil and done completely one hundred percent with forethought and malice.

who is this person?

MOO

He never received a license for driving a car, so I think he isn't allowed driving a truck. Maybe his partner who was driving the truck is the second man in the evil murderous tour to Monon bridge?
I'm sorry but this is irresponsible. So we can now accuse random co workers of murder?

I wasn't speaking of DN, didn't even mention him in my post. I was referencing the murders of Abby and Libby in my post.

To answer your question, what do I think of DN breaking KN's nose? Of course I think it's terrible. Choking her? Awful. He should be locked up for a very long time. My opinions on how he treated KN have no relevance on how I feel about his involvement in the Delphi murders, however. I don't think he had any.
