Any one with a limp permanent or recent injury could appear to have a normal gait crossing a train trussle. Most people that I know that has one leg shorter than the other wears orthotics to correct the problem, as in a thick sole on the short leg's shoe. I'm sure DN may not have the money for such care but IF it was DN crossing that trussle that day I don't think even LE would pick up on a limp to be certain enough to post it as a physical characteristic. Not choosing any side on the topic just saying I'm looking at the limp as a push for now.

I agree and the actual video may not be that long that it is much more apparent than the one step we have seen. Funnily enough I have one leg shorter than the other but not enough to have a noticeable limp.
We have probably had enough of these limp arguments for one day.

Did LE compare cell tower logs and look for records with the same pings as Lib and Abi? Did LE check cell tower logs and place KN and or DN on Mt Herman road on Sept 13th?

Ives filed a Subpoena Duces Tecum on DN; it included a Feb 13 date but that's now gone from public record. We don't know what this pertains to but others that show up in Ives' filings seem to be cell related.

So many questions. I believe a true sleuth should not be concerned with whether DN looks like BG, because it's impossible to tell, but instead should be asking why and what LE is hiding. Those are the real clues to solving both crimes.

Not necessarily. IIRC it has about 20 years since the last murder in that area. It's a dangerous area, with lots of shooting. I posted an article here about how bad that is.

I bet DN drove himself to his check in on the 14th.

I thought he had to check in at the sheriff's office. He's pretty bold with his driving record but I doubt that even he isn't so bold as that.

I am not sure how DN can "fit" when we know absolutely nothing about the murders, including how they were killed, whether they were sexually assaulted, etc. As far as him being ex-military, homeless, addict, etc., well, those are speculations that a) not everyone agrees with and b) could be wrong because they are not based on things that LE has said but on things that people have come up with on their own.

Yes, but that is DN. KN, nor anyone else involved in the investigation, has said that about BG. That logic only works if we are 100% convinced that the two are one and the same and, right now, it is just conjecture.

Finally a word on RL. Hopefully this means that he received a good report from New Castle Correctional Facility.

He filed a motion to modify his sentence yesterday. I hope it goes through for him.

I’m with you. There is absolutely no reason to believe BG is dead. What reason would there be for LE to keep that private from the family and the public? It is absurd.

It's one theory that I (and several others) have. I take offense to having a theory, that is probably just as valid as anyone else's, called "absurd." I've been a member of this site for many years and I've seen a lot of things that I don't agree with. Although I am often flustered and confused as to where such things have sprouted from, I have never once called out anyone's theories for being useless. The fact is, ALL of our theories are based on conjecture. We have very little hard evidence to work with, very little information. Just about everything we come up with is based upon speculation. I think it's important to remember to respect each other's opinions.

I am not even married to that idea, it's just one that I threw out there as being a possibility. And it HAS come up before from other people on here.

Moot points, all of it, if, as seems obvious by now, DN’s DNA does not match the unidentified DNA at the crime scene.

I agree they are taking the tax payers for what they can.

As far as similarities IN LE has rescinded any interest in DN.
Me, I could care less about CO cases but we are losing ppl left and right because all of the CO case talk in an IN case thread.

Whatever, its it’s going to be illogical and random to only be left with DN is a multi state SK that is from Mars posts. It’s just a shame after all the work people have done for this case and that part is disappointing.

Why are we talking extensively about CO charges anyway? This is an IN case, I would like it to be less confusing shouldn’t there be a thread for those cases.

Where have you seen that LE have rescinded interest in DN? He is still a POI isn't he?

If you don't want to talk about DN's Co charges and his possibilities as a Delphi POI, what else is there to be discussed ?

I still wonder why LE seemed so confident when they released the 2nd sketch. I don't remember their exact statements, but the feeling I got was they felt they nearly had it "in the bag" as far as someone recognizing BG from the sketch. Almost like it wasn't a sketch, like it was pretty much the real killer's face.

Are they still pushing the sketch out there? Or more just combing through the tips they got after that and hoping he's somewhere amongst them do you think?

They just seemed very confident even though the sketch was perhaps prompted by a new witness coming forward? Someone coming forward so long after the fact, you'd question it's accuracy.

And, of course, I wonder most of all, (and from reading there was more than one witness), couldn't they simply show the witnesses pics of DN and ask if it looked like him or what percentage of assurance they had if they thought it was him (or any other POI for that matter)? Or do you think that perhaps they don't show the witnesses pics of POI's because they might subconsciously start giving BG attributes that may not be as correct as their memories??

One of my first thoughts was this guy is dead. No reason, no rhyme just a thing. I have said it in posts here and there admitting I have no proof but it’s just a thought that ran through my mind as a possibility.

About what looks like a limp... if you go look at the videos on YouTube of people actually walking across the Monon High Bridge, you will see, as I do, the inches between the slats. It’s an old railroad bridge, and has not been made a part of the walking trail. Anyone in their right mind would be looking down, and stepping awkwardly. Hope that helps anyone who may wonder about a perceived limp.

So sad to see this thread keeping on...and absolutely no new information or facts to go on. All we continue to have since the billboards, voice and photos are the country's speculations. Which means whatever anyone thinks/reasons or believes is just that....speculation and hope that somehow anyone's theory will fit and be true. I really don't think any of us care if we are even right....we just want to see someone be the real BG (even if that means he is already incarcerated or even dead). None of that would matter other than it would be the beginning of the end to this nightmare where a maniac is still loose in our country somewhere. That's one reason the belief he may be dead or incarcerated may be comforting to some of us.....it alleviates our terror. We have been through so much on this thread...it has seemed like an eternity ago when we heard these young girls were missing while on a bridge and we still do not know very much more since that very first week of facts. When the sketch was released, we thought surely this would be the break...it has not been yet. I believe LE and the Media are together on this and somehow someday it will all be put together for the families and us who have cried along with them.

Let us please stick together no matter what we believe. I know we all have one goal in mind...HUNT BG !! So, however creative or elaborate our ideas may be (trust me...mine is way out there as well...I stopped writing about it because even I was wondering about myself???!!) we really are in this together my fellow WS friends!!

I also thought that sketch was way too spot on to be random!! I had my own ideas of how they drew his ears (I didn't see any in that bridge photo) and how detailed it was. LE is more of the mystery to me than BG is!!

IF one day DN will turn out to be the murderer of 2 lovely teenagers and maybe an respected friendly biker in CO then the rage and hate of citizens (and WSers) will have cooled down already - good for him but NOT deserved IMO.

I believe one of our fellow sleuthers, an attorney, discovered further evidence in the Casey Anthony case after the trial was over, that more than likely would have won a conviction......something the prosecution missed.

Do you mean it looked so much like DN? Perhaps copied from a booking picture?
