I am not sure how DN can "fit" when we know absolutely nothing about the murders, including how they were killed, whether they were sexually assaulted, etc. As far as him being ex-military, homeless, addict, etc., well, those are speculations that a) not everyone agrees with and b) could be wrong because they are not based on things that LE has said but on things that people have come up with on their own.

One of my first thoughts was this guy is dead. No reason, no rhyme just a thing. I have said it in posts here and there admitting I have no proof but it’s just a thought that ran through my mind as a possibility.
Don’t worry it’s just as valid as another opinion.

My first personally POI (optics and living conditions) from IL is dead already since June. My second personally POI from IN (optics and sexually behavior) is alive like my third POI DN (optics and living conditions and sexually behavior) is.

I do not think he is a low priority POI. I think he is the main suspect but they can't call him that just yet as the investigation continues.

I believe one of our fellow sleuthers, an attorney, discovered further evidence in the Casey Anthony case after the trial was over, that more than likely would have won a conviction......something the prosecution missed.

It was not Gitana. It was a female attorney out of Arizona I think. She was even on the news regarding her discovery. I think it was AZlawyer on here.

I don't recall that. Just that there was more on the recording and it didn't seem to indicate that the girls knew him.

I personally had not heard it in a video but I did see it quoted here:

No, I don't think it's DN...I think it's somebody else and the sketch was drawn from their looks. Yet, I have been waiting for awhile and it's not looking like it is him (or I believe it would have been over?) but it was just too detailed....way too detailed to be a "witness account" passerby. So, I am still waiting to see if my old theory (I am a diehard) pans out or is just an illusion. But being able to draw ears when you cannot see any in that photo just kinda creeps me out and when I compare it to my theory....it's those ears! Craziness I know.

It’s simple math to see the amount of posters have screeched and slowed down. People also have posted that they don’t care to post much anymore since the DN posts have taken over.
Take that as you will, up to you.

Re maths, over 30 posters voted in the polls showing roughly 50/50 believing BG is DN or that they are unsure so I don't know that it is slowing down - it is still a lot of posters as well as guests. While DN is a POI and till he is included or excluded there is hope of a suspect and interest in DN and the case.

well ..the media has gone quiet... they have calmed down for some reason..and not one agency has come out and put out a segment on the girls families and the renewed search for a killer.

I say always watch the media..they have contacts, they get told things, some of them actually have integrity and won't leak
secrets that are shared.

they know there is hype and public interest..they could keep the ball rolling by keeping the case alive and showing concern, they can literally help, instead of walking away.

I seriously doubt they are dissuaded by an editor.

I think there is more that will unfold..and the GAG is for a reason. MOO

I have found nothing recent in MSM about DN or the case have you?

I hate that we are at such a standstill here. We are neither here nor there. It's like we've all hit a wall and can't get past it due to the way this has all unfolded with DN. Again, this is exactly what I was afraid of when he was arrested...that they would not be able to confirm or deny.

Some were being rude about others opinions and some posters were telling others how to post and acting like mods by saying not to talk about DN or the Co charges. So the thread is free for now but noone has anything other than that to post about AFAICS.

I know that we have no idea if this was a sexually motivated crime or not, but I still can't help but wonder if there's a chance this killer is some kind of habitual offender or escalated after never being caught. This article caught my eye tonight, shedding light on how many offenders have not faced judgement yet.

I check this thread a lot for updates, and don’t often post, since the news has gone silent, so agree, the amount of posts on a thread shouldn’t be indicative of a loss of interest in the girls.

This crime is solvable. The right lead, the right idea, the right connection at the right time is what is needed.
