Personally I find it very offensive and in bad taste. Abigail and Liberty must have been terrified hearing those words it is no joke and certainly should not be someone’s username. Just my opinion.

That was also my first thought.

FWIW, Greg, I appreciate you using the sketch as your avatar. The more people who see it, the better. The phrase, as written, means nothing out of context to people who haven't heard of the case.

Thank you. I’m not trying to cause anyone any offence. This case has really affected me and it is just a simple thing I can do to try and help.

Can we get back to the case please everyone I don’t want the thread derailed and shut down again.

:heartbeat: I am even more shocked by the loss of the girls when I see the similarity between the two mothers, Carrie and Anna, and their lovely daughters. :heartbeat:

And what makes me sad is that no matter how many pressers they have or how many vigils or how much support, at the end of the day they still have to go home to empty houses. They still have to look at the girls' little things and empty bedrooms and see their reminders. That was the hardest part for me and my husband. As long as we were out doing things, we felt useful. As long as we were surrounded by others, we could ignore what we were feeling. But, at the end of the day, we still had to go home and face the fact that we were missing a child.

At least finding BG and getting him off the streets would offer some closure. It's not much, but it's something.

Sorry but I still think it totally INSANE the search was called off around midnight! WTH??? I don't understand. Where did they think these girls were??? What were they thinking at that time??? Not seeking to blame any one but - I have never understood this at all. Seriously. What if the girls had been taken into a building in the vicinity and were being molested? Just call it off for the night? Whaaaaaattttttt??? WHY?????

That happened over a year ago. Why suddenly become outraged about it now?

Many of us felt it wasn't a proper call to make. The Sheriff stated the temps were dangerous for the searchers to remain outdoors. If it was too cold for the searchers then, wasn't it too cold for the girls, too? Sheriff Tobe effectively stopped the official search at midnight. Many volunteers stayed out there for a few more hours.

Becky told us they felt the girls had fallen and may be hurt so they were looking down along the pathways and areas of the search [Dr Phil Show].

Searchers asked RL at 6 to search his property. The girls were discovered where several paths intersect. Hence, I feel the area was searched and LE was shocked to learn the girls were in a location that had been searched the evening before.

ISP Douglas Carter stated in the first press conf. that "He was so very sorry". I took that to mean LE was admitting it was the wrong thing to do to call off the search. However, it was far too late by that time.

Interesting! Carter said on Dr. Phil "a citizen of Delphi had an ENCOUNTER with the man in the sketch." I don't believe this has anything to do with the supposed witness for the sketch. I believe the sketch is from enhancement of sketch by NASA and snapshot DNA Phenotyping from Parabon Nanolabs. They recently did this in the case of Jodine Serrin. The sketch was eerily release the same day the girls were found. I'm attaching the story. Who is the citizen of Delphi who BG had an encounter with?

So awful what you've gone through. You know. When Anna spoke about not wanting to live some days I was so angry BG wasn't found. She needs him found! I hope LE is able to give them inside information to help them. Give them hope.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. That sketch was published in the San Diego newspaper 2/14/17. The same day the girls were found. 6000 billboards...

That's why it reminded me of the Welsh village of Llareggub.

Will you please tell us how the Welsh of Llareggub has anything to do with the sensitive double murders of two precious young girls? Was there a double homicide of young girls in Llareggub, also?

I see it. Also I noticed the image is more than just a black and white sketch. If this type of image is common in Parabon technology why wouldn't it have been used for BG? Maybe this is an answer to those who wonder if Parabon was used.

Maybe because the Delphi pic was enhanced.
Paragon is DNA only.

I was asking the new user if they were a Dylan Thomas fan because of their user name.

They had enough DNA of the murderer (seen by victim's father).

I remember having been so shocked about the call off, nearly as much as the next day when I heard the girls were found dead.

unfortunately I have no doubt.
and i so hope I am wrong

Oh, my goodness. I'd love to know your basis for this....but my gut is strongly telling me this will be a huge surprise. Praying for justice for these two innocent girls.

Before the image of BG was released, before the audio portion of the tape came out, my gut instinct was that it was a peer-related death. Some kind of hazing or bullying incident. Due to the fact that the girls were alone, it was a day off from school, a place where other kids their age sometimes hung out, etc. I thought they might have met up with people there, or simply ran into people there, and something REALLY bad happened. I thought one of the girls might have even been killed by accident and they panicked and killed the other so as not to leave a witness. That was my first instinct. Bullying is so bad these days and cyberbullying is even worse.

Then the audio/image were released and BG was presented. That scrapped my whole original idea.

Going back to the beginning and starting over, I DO wonder if this crime is a lot simpler than we think. When an arrest is made, it won't surprise me at all if we sit back and go, "Oh yeah, wow! Really should have seen that coming..."

With that being said, I don't have a specific person in mind at all.

I briefly considered peer-related, but of course the BG video changed all. I'm exactly with you on the potential "Really should have seen that coming..." I also do not have a specific person, but my thoughts run to a few tight categories.

That's what I am hoping for. It's too depressing thinking they have absolutely no clue who it is at all IMO.

I'm intrigued with one sentence during the press conference at Monan Bridge 2/13: an example was being given, what someone recognizing the image or voice of BG would say: "that is my brother." He continued with other examples too, yet he could have said boyfriend, husband, son, and yet brother was first. Not for the first time I am thinking they are speaking to someone's conscience...someone who might be watching. It was like the previoius television appeal: "someone talked to him yesterday."

Do you have a link where LE said the girls were found in a location that had been searched before? I've often wondered about that.

Sure. Initially LE said the detailed sketch came from witnesses and other investigative measures. In 2012 a new DNA test called the Hirisplex System was created that could predict hair and eye color for suspects not in the criminal database. That's why I believe LE stated not blue eyes and reddish brown hair. The test can rule out blue eyes by over 90% reliability. The hair prediction is over 80%. This Parabon Labs has now taken it further and can actually create a sketch from DNA. I believe with DNA and NASA highlighting the pic on the bridge is how the sketch was created. The big mystery is what citizen of Delphi had the encounter with BG the day the girls were murdered.

Old but relevent.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The lead detective investigating the killings of two Indiana girls said they have more audio of the killer's voice.
Abby Williams and Libby German were killed in February while out on a walk at the Delphi historic trails.

Police released an audio clip recorded on Libby's cell phone of what's believed to be the killer's voice saying "Down the Hill." Police now say they have even more from her phone.
"We have only released a portion of it," said Sgt. Jerry Holeman with Indiana State Police. "There are some others we think could help us, but again, protecting the integrity of the investigation is key. So we cant release everything, because there are certain people that know the details."

Additional Audio - check
Multiple suspects - sure sounds that way

Police also said the recovered DNA evidence from the crime scene.

DNA - check

Several people say they saw the killer on the trails the day Abby and Libby died, which helped police develop a composite sketch released last month.

Multiple witnesses - check
Sketch from Witnesses - check

If you read between the lines the detectives have far more evidence than what we can even speculate on, including IMO clear images of the suspect(s) face(s) on video, which would explain why they released several poor quality stills but no video. So Paragon testing probably isn't needed. It could also explain why they discounted DN so quickly. They went to CO, saw his face, compared it to their video, and then turned around and left CO. Personally, I still find him to be a legitimate POI regardless. I'm still in shock that he wasn't charged in the death of TW.

IMO what they are looking for is someone to put a name to the sketch. And they are embarrassed because they cannot do that. I also believe they have a linguist working the case and that is why they have contacted the GA state police for help. Perhaps they identified the accent as being from that area?

Out of everything though, the biggest unanswered question I have is how we have BG on top of the bridge being seen by a witness, along with others being seen below the bridge, and then BG tells the girls to go down the hill and commits the crime without being seen or heard by those same people under the bridge. The timeline does not provide enough time for those seen under the bridge by the witnesses to have left the scene without seeing BG or hearing the murders take place. So IMO everything points to more than one person and those seen under the bridge as suspects also in the crime.

The other option is of course.... that the additional people under the bridge were/are witnesses providing the details for the sketch.

The PC was dismal. There is zero indication or real reason to think LE has any idea who BG. The most they can say is it was not any of those investigated. Jmo
