Ummm, what state is this? I am just wondering how we all missed it?

I can't find MP on the national sex registry. I am wondering if the article has it wrong. Still checking.

http://www.nsopw.gov/Core/OffenderSearchCriteria.aspx

There is only one guy with the last name of Plumadore on the national registry. His first initial is R and he lives in Tennessee. It is NOT the same guy. This one is much older.

I wonder if he's a relation and the news article screwed up?

I don't know but it would be a good idea to try to find out about the person's background if he's invited to live with an ailing grandparent and babysit your most precious treasure.

I totally agree Donjeta. I'm having a real hard time trying to understand why these little girls were moved into a trailer park full of sexual predators in order for their mother to take care of a registered sexual offender. I don't care that it was her father who was the RSO. Now, it has become known that the murderer/babysitter was also a RSO.

The neighborhood's ratio of homes to RSO is astounding but how many more
" like-minded " guys are living or hanging out there who haven't been caught. Birds of a feather flock together. I know he had become a caretaker for the old man during his illness but what brought the perp & grandpa together?

When I saw the grill & smoker beside the trailer steps, I pictured a bunch of men tossing steaks on & sitting around chatting while they cooked. I cringe to think what topics may have been covered in those conversations. Ulgh!

My guess is once an RSO is no longer required to register they don't appear on any lists unless they are convicted of re-offending.

I have a neighbor that was previously registered. He is no longer on the RSO list and has not been for a few years. He still lives in the same place, but apparently he was registered for the amount of time required and then dropped off the list.

Well there it is folks. MP was required to register as a sex offender in 2007 but isn't in 2011. This does not surprise me and this now explains and confirms his interest in hanging around the 'pedo' trailer park.

We have official MSM confirmation now.

And I don't doubt this was news grandpa was unaware of, and I don't believe grandpa would have kept this news from Tarah and her family.

I can't find MP being registered anywhere as being a registered sex offender in 2007, up to and including 2011. Something is not right with that article, of which, I am not taking as a MSM article.

WE need to find court documents where MP was charged in some manner in order to be a RSO.

While in Boone, Plumadore listed 302 West King St. as his address—the former location of the Hospitality House.

I'm not close enough to know specifics about Boone but what is the Hospitality House???

It is a homeless shelter.

Seems to me that Ali's mother wanted her "adult time" like Deborah Bradley (Lisa Irwin disappearance). In bed with the flu? Yeah, right.

But wouldn't there still be a criminal record of the offense? The conviction? Or would it be a misdemeanor, so not located through the usual internet channels?

Not one guest on NG's show tonite has defended the children's mother. Failure all around. Pat Brown said the family "minimized" things about their environment, people around them. No one believes mom had the flu for the "whole week" the kids were staying with MP.

Family has a couple of options for burial/cremation of Aliahna.

Well, anyone that lives within the area of the news article claiming MP is a RSO, should reach out to them for more information on where they got that information.

Not taking up for Mom, but last year I had the flu and was in bed for 3 weeks with 104 fever. I thought I was going to die. I had my dogs to take care of and I did, but I couldn't have taken care of any children. But, why wasn't the grandmother taking care of them? This is just the saddest, most sadistic thing I have ever heard of. Have the other children said anything? How did he kill her without them knowing what was going on?

I call "FOUL" on that woman that was just on NG - I just read the court docs from the Miami case he had - he was ordered into anger management!!!!! Yet, this woman just said "no history of violence in his past". Guess someone should froward her that link.

What is really bothering me is that "they" keep saying they didn't recover ALL of her. Really? Why is that? It makes me sick to think about that at all.

Respectfully, why? It is a local news station. Perhaps they do not have their facts right, but Fox and CNN and HLN get stuff wrong all of the time and we still regard them as MSM. Is it because it is based out of Boone, NC? It may not be a cosmopolitan area but it is a university town and lots of educated and sophisticated people live there for the natural beauty and quiet lifestyle and are capable of producing credible news stories.

Interesting article on dismemberment

http://ericahutton.blogspot.com/2011/03/psychological-associations-of.html

The Psychological Associations of Dismemberment in Crime Scenes

Dismemberment is classified as a form of picquerism, the stabbing or wounding of an individual resulting in sexual gratification (Holmes & Holmes, 2002). Therefore, dismemberment although sadistic, is actually a sexually driven behavior demonstrable of the supremacy and hegemony that the perpetrator holds over their victim.

More at link.

Perhaps this is why they related it to a sex crime (or whatever terminology they used) under Megan's Law in Indiana?

I agree 100%.

My gut (for what that's worth) is telling me that this has been an ongoing crime. I think gramps was involved, and I would not be surprised to learn others were involved as well. I suspect we are looking at ongoing sexual abuse, possibly the production of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, and possibly involving more than just Aliahna as victims. I think (my opinion) that when Mike says he was self employed and loving it, that's what he meant.

But time will tell.

On the rez there is GA, General Assistance, for some non-parent/single people. I don't know if MP would have been eligible for welfare of any other programs. That would at least keep a roof over his head in a low rent trailer park.

I have a thought about why MP was in the trailer and the family moved close by there. If there was no will for Gpa, having MP in the trailer kept it occupied and perhaps the family would move in once the estate was settled. Looking at the pics with the furniture, it doesn't seem like much, but if it is a place with no rent other than lot rent then it would be a desirable location for them. IMHO

Well, I'm calling that radio station right now, because I want to know if this information is correct or not.

This one broke NG up. She was in tears just now signing off. Say what you want about her - she has a heart and true compassion for the children.
