Tarah Souders, mother of 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon, pushed in a wheelchair by step-grandfather David Story, reacts in front of a memorial outside of a mobile home next to Michael Plumadore's residence Tuesday night, Dec. 27, 2011 in Fort Wayne, Ind. Plumadore, the neighbor who was babysitting Lemmon when she went missing last week, will be formally charged with murder Tuesday, a heartbreaking turn for the girl's relatives who considered him a family friend. She actually took the time to post that? Why not just make her fb page private and set it to no comments.

The last thing I would think about if my child were just murdered is updating my face book status.
good grief. :banghead:
Looks like she did set it to private.

ok ty
but posted here right?

Yes. It was in the case of Jayme Souder, in IA. He had been molesting his gf's 3 daughters for TWO YEARS with their mother's knowledge.

I brought it up because the last name is the same as Aliahna's mom. And they lived in IA until recently. And this other arrest happened earlier this month.

Sorry for the confusion. I just thought it odd, along with almost everything else about poor Aliahna's case.

ETA: Go Gators! Sorry but I saw Lilly's avi. Done with OT.

Isn't her last name Souders? Not Souder?

I hope that LE will be able to connect him to other crimes he has committed. Maybe he is responsible for other missing children. JMO

I wonder if the old man dying and the stress of the little girls had something to do with it?

Was the death of grandpa some kind of trigger?

If he killed her for the thrill of cutting her up then I bet she is not the first. They need to go back and look at times when his family or friends died and murdered or missing then.

Makes sense to me.

You have to see the humor though of having a register you can look up dope dealers on. LOL LOL

Honestly though I bet it would work a lot better.

I've been so sad reading this thread all day and you just gave me a chuckle :) I never thought of it like that but you are right. It would be some people's dream come true. Their on little yellow pages for drug dealers. Sorry off topic but thanks for that, LOL.

My husband walked into the living room while I was watching Nancy Grace and I told him NOT to read the headline about what was in the refrigerator.

For once I thought that Nancy's dramatics were not over-the-top. This case defies belief. No one can make this up.

Ahh.....now I am not sure. After looking back, I have seen it spelled with the final "s" and without.

I hope I didn't cause more confusion. It just jumped out at me.

So which IS the proper spelling? In one MSM article they referenced "Souder's children", which would indicate that the last name is Souder. Otherwise it would have been "Souders' children".

But we are talking about the press, here so anything is possible.

I just keep thinking about this case, it keeps me from feeling about it.

Yes, I agree--Nancy Grace was very genuine in her emotions tonight. I watched the video link, and I feel that she did a great job. It made me cry--couldn't help it. What a beautiful little girl. Law enforcement did an amazing job with this case.

TS new facebook status, re-worded; To everyone following my daughter's case, I AM NOT RESPONDING TO COMMENTS DUE TO NON STOP TEARS AND FBI ORDERS

I'm sorry and maybe I'm old school, but I'm only 43 and if my child were just murdered, I wouldn't even think to get on fb to update my status. WTH. And how are you able to see this anyway? I can't see anything on her wall and I'm logged onto my fb. TIA.

I have just read that mum is paralyzed from the waist down.....
this could be true but she didnt appear to be paralyzed in the pic of her sitting on the couch. my brother was paralyzed and he would not have been able to sit up like she was or hold his legs close together like she is able to.

<<< respectfully snipped >>>

No think 6 kids was all a bit much for mum......also do we know who grand dad molested ??????? and was it mums dad??????

Did anyone answer, revampz?

Lemmom was Tarah's father (who is Aliahna's mom). He died 3 Dec 2011.

We don't know who he molested but he was convicted in Mar 2006 in Allen County IN.
