I'm only on page 16 - so this may be asked and answered further up, but I'll forget if I don't ask. Several thoughts and questions -

Has anyone seen what rent costs were for these trailers? I guess I am wondering if they thought this was better than sleeping in cars, I don't know what I'm wondering exactly....When I move - before I even look at a place, I look at sex offenders in a five mile radius. Even if you are brand new to an area, it doesn't take long to know where to stay away from....

I feel badly for the policemen/women who did the initial search if they missed the freezer, or if in fact there were suspicions that lead to specific questioning that lead him to tell them.

This makes so much sense, lonetraveler! 2 a.m. would probably be about the time he would try to molest her, in the middle of the night--your theory is really good.

The 2 am time is not confirmed, since it was part of the story Plumadore told LE as happening Friday morning, before he admitted to killing her. If you read the affidavit submitted to the court today, it stated that Plumadore "freely admitted" that the murder happened in the "early morning hours" last Thursday.

Now my main concern is for the 2 sisters, where are they now?
What did they see?
Hear?
Where did he brutally murder their sister, were they awake? in their room?
and the dismembership, where were they?
What did they see?
Did he make them help?
After he was done, did he leave them alone while he took some of Ali's body parts away?
Did the little ones see all the blood?
God bless these little ones, please never give them back to the family.
They deserve more care and love now.

While I share concern for the two little girls, if you read the affidavit it says he put her in the freezer Thursday morning and did the ummm "dismembering" (I hate typing that word) late Thursday evening into early Friday morning. IMO That means that the two younger sisters were probably asleep. The fact that he put her in the freezer prior to the ummm, means that there would be less blood. I don't think the little girls saw much and if they did, they didn't realize what it was that they were seeing. As for leaving the girls alone, he already said that he had left them alone with a padlock on the door when he went to get his cigar at 6:00 am on Friday. That was probably when he went to the dumpster. I don't think it was far from the trailer park.

I have a relative who sexually assaulted his nephew when he was a minor at 15. He does not register as a sex offender because he was a minor but I believe law enforcement would be able to see that he was charged with a crime. Wondering if maybe he committed sex crime under age 18.

MP was born in 72. If he were to have registered for 10 years which ended in 2007 that would put a conviction in 97. He'd still be about 25 at the time the offense was committed.

That's what I thought at first too, but this was in the wee hours and it wouldn't take more than one or two (at the most) strikes to render her unconscious. Probably just one. If you don't see it directly, I doubt there'd be much to hear, sadly.

Has it been discussed here why the two sisters told LE they saw her leave in her coat to go to a party?

I didn't take this to mean he is currently required to register, only that he was required to register on November 29, 2007.

I do wish we'd find out in what state, county and when he was convicted of the crime which required him to register on November 29, 2007.

MP was on the run from a warrant issued from Fl. Of coarse he wouldn't register. Sky Metalwala's case states that there are more SO in the area then are listed on the public website. Don't assume you know where each one lives, there are more then we know about and some haven't been caught yet.

I think maybe that is what is so sketchy about her unwavering defense of MP. Did she know him in FL? Are all of these folks somehow connected by some nefarious network?

I also asked earlier about a possible connection to Jayme (I spelled it wrong before) Souder in IA. He is the boyfriend who was molesting his girlfriends 3 daughters for 2 years with the mom's knowledge. Until the oldest girl took herself and her sisters off the school bus and told her teachers they weren't going home and why. This all happened earlier this month.

Tarah Souder lived in IA until very recently, no? Seems an odd coincidence, but then sometimes that is just what a coincidence is.

Plumadore acknowledged Sunday he has three felony convictions for battery, auto theft and forgery. "I'm not an angel by any means." But he added, "I don't hurt children. I don't hurt animals."

Auto Theft arrest in 1999 & Battery conviction in 2000 (both in Miami-Dade County FL), then 4/27/2007 arrest for Forgery & Auto Theft (both in Allen County IN - forgery conviction, auto theft dismissed), and then was arrested in NC as a fugitive from justice end of Dec 2007 . . .

I'm not questioning the fact that this site is from an AM radio station. We have a 24 hour exclusive news station here in Chicago, WBBM am 780 which is affiliated with CBS iirc. I rarely read their online site, but I listen to them in the car all the time as I'm an am news junkie when driving. I took this station, WATA, to be similiar to Chicago's WBBM news station or any cities am news station.

Wouldn't you think he would have had to have been a RSO when he committed a crime in Florida and put on probation in 2000, if he had been a SO say back in 1997?

Didn't MP have a warrant out for his arrest from Allen County back in 2007 for forgery and auto theft, and wasn't he apprehended on Watauga County, North Carolina late December 2007?

I don't, either, but Fort Bragg is a bit east of Charlotte, Gastonia, Shelby and Boone, where MP has been reported to have lived previously.

All the other locations are "kinda" close to one another. I used to live in the area so I do know this.

I just updated this case in the crimes against children's forum, the mom is now facing felony charges of neglect and child endangerment!! I'm so glad to see mother being charged, i wish more caretakers would be charged when they don't protect their children!!

OMG! MP is a convicted child molester and grandpa knew it...I really don't think Tarah needs to have anymore kids...period. This is not bashing them...these children were put into a generational family failure. Putting your children a risk, when your own flesh and blood is a child molester to move closer to him in a place where you knew had 15 others....And you let your kids be babysat by one? This is parenting common sense 101... And a colossal failure in parenting.

Shumaker said he introduced Plumadore to Lemmon shortly after Plumadore moved into the trailer park, and Plumadore moved in with Lemmon a few days later. Shumaker said he knew Lemmon because they were both sex offenders and were in jail together

I am confused (not shockingly) by the above quote from Shumaker!! My understanding from another MSM (?) earlier in this thread, stated that Lemmons family had asked Plumadore to quit his job and move to FW to help them with dad??? Now Shumaker is saying HE introduced them??

Here's my two cent. Rather than have to worry about where sex offenders are going to live and how they will be monitored to be sure they don't offend again, maybe we should work on some laws that say, people that get caught selling cocaine or other drugs be put on a list as Registered Drug Dealer and let them free in society, rather than lock them up in prison for 20 years, and replace those spaces for drug dealers who are now in prison, for sex offenders instead. Let the drug dealers live among society and be registered and lock up the sex offenders for years on end. I surely do not like drug dealers but I sure would be less scared of living around a previous drug dealer than living around a previous sex offender. However, if the drug dealer sold to children, then let them serve out a longer sentence, but otherwise, drug dealers or users are not nearly as dangerous to our children or society as RSO's are as long as they are not selling and dealing or contributing to our children using drugs. JMO, and I'm sure a lot will disagree but makes more sense to me than all this craziness with so many RSO's all over the place free to go about their business as they please.

Makes sense to me.

You have to see the humor though of having a register you can look up dope dealers on. LOL LOL
