During Friday's hearing, Cousins told the judge he killed Boldt because he wanted to, and he deals with consequences later. He said he faked being mentally ill and has abused amphetamines in the past.

The prosecutor told the courtroom that Cousins told psychiatrists that he didn't like the way Boldt looked or talked and he was glad he was dead.
