*Disposition & Trial Setting Hearing – (@ 9am CT) – IN – Boy (5) (found in running washing machine, Aug. 16, 2019, Indianapolis) - *Heather Mae Oliver (30) (GF of father) arrested & charged (12/18/19) & arraigned (1/6/20) with level 5 felony neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury. Plead not guilty. $10K Surety Bond.

Defendant requests a short continuance. State does not object. Court rescheduled matter to 9/8/20 at 9am. Defendant ordered to appear in person unless other directed by counsel or the Court.
