More than likely. seems she texted a relative, so that is likely where LE got the 3:am info.

Oh my! Just looked the at comments on her FB photos & they worry me sick!! [emoji43] Seems she befriended a multitude of (adult)strangers on FB; some of whom (inappropriately) commented occasionally which subsequently caused 'real life' (I think?) friends of hers to respond, taking Chloie's side. Couple that with the alarming comments posted on the news article from a close family member, things don't sound good at all. I can't even begin to imagine what's going on with Chloie or where she may be.
