Thank goodness!!! I was beyond worried for this girl!! Hopefully whatever factors caused her to run away can be worked out & the family can move on from this!! Positive vibes sent their way!

When Chloie's parents initially called police Sunday night, they reported her as a runaway, but then later notified police about concerning messages regarding their daughter, which led police to issue a notice to the media, said a statement from SBPD spokesman Ken Garcia.
