Does anyone know current status of XB?
TIA

Ciera hasn't been seen or heard from since February. That fact alone is quite ominous.

Looks like Ciera's case is going to be featured on the ID Discovery show Disappeared on November 2 at 10pm est.

New Mom Missing Premieres Wednesday, November 2 at 10/9c on ID

On February 24, 2021, Ciera Breland, a successful lawyer and new mom, disappears after she and her husband, Xavier, visit his mother in Georgia. As Ciera's family and investigators try to find her, they realize her perfect life isn't what it seems.

Just caught up on this case, heard about it briefly on another WS forum. Glad that Ciera's father has custody of the child. I agree with posters who think that XB killed Ciera and disposed of her body somewhere between Georgia and Indiana. Ciera was in such danger and she knew it, but largely stayed in the situation at the mother in law's house because she wouldn't leave without the baby.

What a terribly frightening situation she was in, and she didn't know what to do. Praying that her family is able to find her and that they are able to raise her baby permanently.

Thinking of Ciera, what a beautiful soul stolen far too early from her baby and loved ones. May there be severe justice for this mama soon!

While there is no definite evidence available to the public at this time, based on what we know from MSM and LE reports that seems to be the most likely scenario.

AFAIK, no one other than XB claims to have seen Ciera in Carmel after their return from GA. XB's father lives next door to to XB but I have not seen any public statements from him indicating he actually saw Ciera or had any communication with her after XB's return.

Also, the claims made by XB that Ciera had been kidnapped/abducted in Carmel shortly after his return have never been publicly confirmed. A t-shirt and pair of shorts supposedly belonging to Ciera were found, but I don't recall seeing any confirmation from Carmel LE that the clothing actually belonged to Ciera.

Since XB and their son arrived in Carmel, but no one has seen or heard from Ciera since leaving XB's mother's home in Johns Creek, GA, based on what we know at this time it would appear that Ciera met with foul play at some point after leaving that residence.

Hopefully her family, and especially her young son, will eventually discover what happened to Ciera.

Just checking in quickly. Has anyone in either Atlanta or Carmel seen any recent updates in the local media regarding Ciera's disappearance?

Live near John's Creek. IMO nothing has been reported. There is a website for CB but I dont think I can mention it due to TOS.

First I’m hearing of Ciera’s case, surprised I missed it...I just came across it on “Disappeared”...watching now.

Just finished watching Ciera’s story on “Disappeared”. Really, really sad. It’s not fair. Domestic violence...her baby...she was young and bright, had her whole life ahead of her. Just terrible. I hope she can be found one day, and this man X who very obviously killed her, no doubt imo, never sees the light of day.

Hopefully the ID show will bring Ciera into the limelight. No recent news here in Carmel area.

Investigation Discovery’s ‘Disappeared: New Mom Missing’ follows the mysterious disappearance of 31-year-old Ciera Breland from Johns Creek in Fulton County, Georgia, in February 2022. The FBI has declared a $10,000 reward for any information about the whereabouts of the missing woman. So who is this Ciera and what had happened to her? Let’s find out.

One detail police revealed during the documentary was about the surveillance video obtained from a stop along the way. Family members said it raised concerns for what it didn’t show rather than what it did.

"They saw Xavier get out and go to the bathroom, get out and pump gas, but they never saw anybody else get out," her father said.

Her cousin said she found it odd Ciera was never seen going in the gas station as she "very bad diet Dr. Pepper habit" and has been known to bring her own 12-pack to gatherings. She said she couldn’t fathom her going 11 hours, the length of the trip, without one…

Sorry if this has been answered, but did Xavier claim that they all drove to Indiana together? Did the baby make it back to Indiana?

Yes, he claimed that they all returned to Indiana and that Ciera left home in the evening, never to return. In reality he arrived home alone with the baby. His father who lives next to them in Indiana, told police that he never saw Ciera after the return.

I haven't seen the new documentary but shortly after Ciera was reported missing there were many questions regarding the return trip to Carmel. I'm not aware of any eyewitnesses who actually reported seeing Ciera during the return trip. AFAIK the last actual sighting of Ciera was during the evening at XB mother's home, and nothing since. No sightings, phone calls, text messages, etc.

This is my understanding as well. Since XBs father lives directly next door, it seems highly unlikely that he would not have seen or spoken with Ciera at some point after XB's return from GA. MOO

Yes I recall also, her dad specifically said neither is it shown the baby gets changed, dog walked, etc.

I’m so glad the baby and dog are away from the man too.

I never heard of this case. Just awful. I will definitely check out the Disappeared episode. I pray she is found for her family’s sake. So sad her baby will never know its Mom.

XB is incredibly dangerous, to state the obvious. Scary to think he will be released back into society at any point ever.

Oh wow, I just heard of this case. So awful! Reminds me of Michelle Parker and so many other missing, presumed murdered women by their abusive partners. :( What a nightmare.
