His father having no visible injuries is a huge problem for me. If not from originally being "pistol whipped" , how about after he"woke up" and saw the woman walking to the car with the baby. She would have had to run over me to drive away with my heart (child). This story is not going to end well. Delano is such a beautiful little boy! I hope I am wrong.

Snipped and BBM

What?!? LE stopped looking? I don't understand this.

ETA: Okay, does it mean they aren't searching as in walking through the woods looking for a baby, but they still are investigating, interviewing, gathering info etc.? This case is heartbreaking.

I wonder if this means LE thinks the best information they can get right now will come from the interview room and NOT on the street with a search.

Was hoping to see thread moved to located/found safe!

I hope the police are looking into other options too, like a real timeline including when Delano was last seen and with who ?, was mum working at the time, who called her and when, ?, did anyone actually see dad walking around the neighbourhood for an hour, while chatting on his phone and carrying Delano?,
Someone, somewhere most know where this baby is.

Nice map! Thanks. Do you know where Dan Segner's auto repair shop is located on your map? He's the man who said that he was watching things from his shop door. Neither he nor his watch dog could support the abduction account.

I noticed in the link to the vigil last night, it was said it was held in the front yard of Delano's home, but that house is the house next door to the house that earlier reports stated was the Wilson residence. So now I'm not clear on which one is true. At any rate, here's a new aerial view of the neighborhood:

delano13.jpg

#1 Wilson residence according to earlier media reports - could also be the house right next door as reported last night.

#2 The alley running north/south between Chase and Harding where WW says the pistol whipping/kidnapping took place. He reported to 911 when he "came to" after being knocked out, the blue car headed toward Oliver. A witness reported seeing a blue car coming out of the alley, and a few moments later seeing WW stagger out of the alley and collapse in the street. WW told 911 dispatch he was in the middle of the street on Harding but the alley doesn't exit onto Harding so either he walked through the parking lot at the Harding Street Pub & Grub and collapsed in the middle of the road there (which discounts the witness seeing both the car and WW exit the same alley) or he walked all the way to the end, then took a right and exited the east/west alley between Chase and Harding and exited there onto Harding (which actually also throws the witness statement out the window since there are no homes at the alley exit onto Harding). It would be very helpful to know where the witness saw the car exit from the alley. And, where WW was exactly, when police arrived.

#3 Harding St. Pub and Grub. Their surveillance cameras recorded nothing. No activity at all.

#4 The auto body shop owned by Dan Segner who reported seeing Delano's mom headed down Chase toward Oliver, frantically, pacing, as she was looking for someone, just before 1pm.

I realize this could be nothing, just a coincidence, etc., but I couldn't help but notice yesterday as me and google guy went up and down Oliver, Henry, Harding, Chase and all the alleys in between, this blue 4-door car parked about 2 seconds away from the Wilson residence, at the house on the corner to the entrance to the alley. I'm not even sure it's a Taurus but it certainly looks very close based on a google image search of a blue, 4-door Taurus.

It also makes me wonder- like, does this baby even exist? Did it ever? Who was the last person aside from parents who saw the baby? Relatives? Why is noone giving out more information?

I'm sure this has been said but LE wouldn't just stop searching if they didn't have reasons to. I think they know they will be watching and listening certain people. I wanted to have hope but nothing is adding up to me. I think dad knows a lot more. jMo.

Re-uploaded.

Ok I saw that, too. Thanks for re-uploading it. It looks like a grand am. Interesting thing though- if you are standing in entrance to the street that connects to the alley facing that street there is a gold/taupe older model taurus parked there. It looks to be older than 2000-2003 though. Maybe late 90's model.

BBM You're not the first person to ask that. I've browsed a lot of comments on msm articles and lots of others are asking the same thing. I think he does exist, but I don't think the details of his disappearance are true at all. MOO, of course.

Right ! Definitely whoever saw the car go by could easily confuse the two makes for each other.

Yeah and another thing, I don't think we've seen another picture of him, right? By that age, I had no less than three hundred pics of my little dude between my parents, my husband, and myself.

  • #495
There is no pic? I hadn't even noticed..... weird.

My hubby has a similar car and at first glance I thought it was a Pontiac as well, but then I thought, if a person doesn't know that much about cars (and many don't) they might easily mistake it for another make/model (maybe one they are familiar with?)

I've wondered that too. This is a weird case

Oddly enough, if you take another look there is also another small, blue 4-door car parked directly across the street from the Wilson residence. Never even noticed that until right now. I can't tell what make/model but it looks quite similar to the one parked down the street at the alley entrance.

All this says to me though, is that this type of small-ish, 4-door blue car is not uncommon in that neighborhood.

YES! And it's easily confused if someone doesn't know a lot about cars

I wish I had a raw image file so I could view the .exif data on it. I tried looking up similar pics on tineye and the eaglesonline picture does have exif data, but who knows if it is from that publications edits to the photo as opposed to the original photograph
