They found Ringo's body quite a bit S of where they found Jackie.

Was he drowned? Was he found in the water?

This just breaks my heart for everyone. Jackie was doing what she was called to do and animals everywhere have lost an advocate. RIP sweet giving Jackie. I hope your family finds some peace knowing you were doing what you felt called to do. My sincerest condolences to all who loved her and her precious fur babies.

RIP Jacqueline. I'm so so sorry this happened to you when you were trying to do a sweet thing. I'll pray for your family. And little Ringo too.

I'm going to replay the video, now that (I guess) the press conference is over, so I don't have to keep asking questions.

I was able to watch the entire presser. Unfortunately, the camera did not show the images of the vehicle, maps, etc he was referencing.

1. She dropped animals off around 1. Neighborhood Video saw her leaving around 1:40.
2. Witness saw her chasing a small white dog around 2. Vehicle also spotted.
3. Reports of vehicle spotted around 3? (Did not take notes)
4. Family reported incident at 4:50ish, shortly after suspicious vehicle reported again.
5. Witness saw her running chasing white dog with sweater south toward the dam along the river.
6. Following day (Saturday), facebook post of missing white dog with sweater.
7. Dog's body was located near the dam.
8. River was flowing very fast that day.
9. Autopsy later today.

Hopefully this puts an end to ongoing hurtful speculation for her family and any warnings or judgment about animal rescue.

May she rest in peace and her family seek comfort in their memories and knowing how kind her soul was.

I don't think they stated if either one drowned. His body was found downstream suggests drowning, but maybe not. Both of them deceased suggests drowning.

Unfortunately, its going to add to social media judgements and criticisms on animal rescue since they both died.

Sure. Hopefully that doesn't happen here in a victim friendly setting.

It is fine to learn from tragedies but it is with great caution that people should begin passing judgment during such a very difficult time.

Of course, since we have seen none of that yet here on WS, I'm sure the mods will be on top of things to remove any trolls that may come here and cause havoc.
