Since I can not access the link to his appeal - here is what my notes say.

4/21/22: Order Granting Motion for Extension of Time to file Brief. Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds & orders as follows: 1. Appellant's verified Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief is granted as a final extension. 2. Appellant's Brief is due on May 12, 2022. 5/12/22: Argument: Chadwell’s convictions under Count 2 & Count 3 violate double jeopardy. Conclusion: For the foregoing reasons, Chadwell respectfully requests that this Court vacate Chadwell’s convictions under Count 2 & Count 3.

Yeah, his attorney seems to not want to take no for an answer to having this heard, so keeps pushing it. (Sorry - not a lawyer, so I don't speak legalese.) The status on MyCase, until this "Petition to Transfer" was "waiting room" for a while. I had never seen that before.
