Thank you. He doesn't seem to respect other people's property, privacy, or safety...

Thanks.

So, as far as we know, he's never been charged for SA. So was Monday his first time? Or first time caught? If not caught previously, why?

I'm on the fence. If the perp in Other Crimes, he doesn't appear as crafty or brilliant as I'd have guessed. Mostly stupid and lucky.
Physical appearance, absolutely.
Haven't heard the voice. Don't have TikTok.

You’re welcome! And I agree, this guy sure appears to be a sociopath. (IMO)

Those of you who have looked way back on his FB posts say he has no posts in February or March of 2017. My question is was he posting before that and just abruptly stopped, then started back in April?

I wonder how the little girl is doing. She must have been so frightened. :(
Thank God she is safe now.

Good question! I can’t scroll back that far. FB is dragging and resettting the moment I get back to April 2018 . Idkw

I wonder how long he's had those neck tatoos? I guess a scarf would cover them up though.;) Nice day or not.

A FB post on Dec 12, 2017 makes me wonder if a smart remark from teens might set him off.

Does anyone know if this guy's DNA is on file? Many states fought collecting it. Then put off collecting it retroactively. Etc, etc.

I cannot. It wants me to download the app. Maybe I need to try on the computer

I am curious about that too. What's been on file?

Whatever the case, it will be collected now with a SA charge.

I don’t have TikTok but somebody a few pages back posted a link to the videos and I didn’t have any trouble listening. Maybe it will work for you.

PIERRE, S.D - Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that a divided United States Supreme Court has upheld DNA collection from individuals arrested for serious crimes. In December 2012, because South Dakota’s law was similar to the Maryland procedure being challenged, South Dakota joined several states supporting Maryland in a capacity as amicus curiae, or friend of the Court. The Court held that the 4th Amendment does not prohibit the collection and analysis of a DNA sample from persons arrested, but not yet convicted, on felony charges.

DNA testing in South Dakota has proven to be an effective crime solving tool and a way to exonerate individuals wrongly suspected of criminal activity,” said Jackley. “Today’s decision supports South Dakota’s DNA testing procedure that finds an important balance between protecting the public and limiting its use and purpose to solving serious crimes.”
South Dakota Attorney General

Policy: Every offender committed to the custody of the Department of Corrections (DOC) for a qualifying offense must provide a DNA sample as ordered by DOC staff and required by law, unless it is verified the offender previously provided a sufficient sample and the sample and identifying information is documented in the state’s Combined DNA Index System.

According to this court document:
Indiana Supreme Court public access case search - MyCase

JBC was in the middle of a court case during February 2017. It started in July of 2016, with his arrest for DUI. Over those months, the trial was eventually set for Feb 28, 2017. It ended up getting a continuance. He was later sentenced to 1 year, but got probation as a plea agreement to get treatment for his alcohol use. All during this time, he was out on a $300 bond. He later (January 2019) had to serve 10 days for probation violations. Am I reading this correctly?
