Yep..I wasn't defending him any means, I just thought, if I could read his facebook posts and think he was completely falling into madness, why couldn't his loved ones see it?.. "you're doing great..hang in there, women are ; my point being, maybe when a loved one who has a history of violence, addiction, etc. don't encourage it..NOT attacking you by any means, and I'm sorry if I come across that way..just thinkin..we all see that now, why didn't they who knew him best..could maybe have been prevented. moo and respectably responding to you..just a tragedy I'm trying to understand

the photos of his blood soaked floor boards on FB and photos of his feet in his boots. tell a story to me. I'm not sure what this is and there are no comments regarding the photos.

I'm not convinced those floorboard stains are from blood. It certainly looks like liquid staining that was uncleaned long enough to penetrate any finish there once was and damage the wood, but it could be from other kinds of messes. Caused by dogs, or not.

I agree with what kkdj stated. After journeying down this guy's rabbit hole, I see psychopath. That is not to say however that I don't understand your last post. Anti-social personality disorder (psychopath - also ASPD) has varying levels of "extremism" (my words only. Not sure exactly how to describe what I'm trying to say.). There is definitely a Type A & a Type B version of it. (Again, I'm not sure this is a clinical definition, just how I think of it.) What I see as a Type A is your basic Hannibal Lector personality. Your Type B is more of a person that is still able to function in society but that is still pretty messed up. Regardless, ASPD is something that (I believe) almost always presents in a person's teen years (likely younger). What I see here is not a transition of a person just starting to realize that he has a problem. What I see here is a person has been very good at hiding who he is. He's been wanting to tell people how much better he is at being evil and how much experience he has at it for a while now. Someone that has likely gotten lucky in not getting caught at his crimes in the past and has allowed that to play into why he was "a little complacent in this event. ...but obviously, thats just my opinion and I may be wrong. You definitely have a very valid point of view that I'm sure many would agree with.

I understand what you are saying. He seems kind of normal on the surface. Which is probably how he got so many girlfriends. And then as soon as you are around him long, you start to realize there is weirdness there. Which is why they all left him. But I have a feeling those around him have learned just not to say anything. Just encourage the best they can, to keep him calm. Nothing anyone says would likely change anything except maybe make it worse.

Just my guess.

The one good thing about his erratic and impulsive behaviour is that he doesn’t strike me as the sort to be organised or strategic enough to work hard on wiping devices or similar. I pity the poor LE examining his digital footprint, I reckon it’ll be an absolute horror show.

Fully agree with those who mentioned him probably having numerous different accounts under different names. There’s a good chance he won’t have worked particularly hard to obscure connections either - he doesn’t come across as a particularly careful sort, or a thinker.

I agree with you 100 percent. This guy is a moron. But I am glad he is. Him stating that girl was at his house but left was, I believe the red flag, that sent police back to his house.

His ex girlfriend had those 2 cats. She took the cats and the dogs with her when she left him. He just recently within the last few months got the dogs back.

I don’t know about Indiana but several states have now made it easy to legally take any pets when one gets a protection order, recognizing the link between animal abuse and domestic violence.

Anyone else wonder how he came to be a felon with funds to rent or buy a 3 bedroom house in a neighborhood where residents thought they were reasonably safe? He was able to afford Pit-bulls too and they’re not cheap and require responsible owners at best. IMO I think this guy has been bad for a long time and under the radar for the most part. Not anymore! IMO

I can't figure out how he afforded his current life either. He has a house in a decent neighborhood as an ex-con who I assume doesn't have a lot in savings. Last summer he was homeless. That's quite a bounce-back in less than a year. I'm wondering if he had a co-signer.

And I wonder if he bothered even paying the bills. Maybe the "I wrecked everything and am now back at the beginning" FB post on the day of last Monday's crime had to do with finances. Maybe he was about to lose things. That would be devastating - he's not a spring chicken anymore - and could send him into a relapse with drinking and perhaps a spiral into doing what he did with a girl he saw.

I am totally guessing, not fact.

My opinion, subject to change as we learn more.

i may or may not be picking up on your SD reference, but I did take a look around at those he is following and found several tattoo artists. One specifically who seems to have done lots of clock face tats and some others that look familiar (though not exact matches)- located in SD. It’s really good tattoo work! (To the untrained eye!)
