Thank you! Wondering what that Motion to Dismiss by the State is about?? Maybe since he is already going to serve 120 years for the Blackwell murders - they are going to "drop" this case?? I see that "maybe" trial is next then.

Probably because he is already serving 120 years for the Blackwell murders. I shall go search & see if I can find anything. I highly doubt it - but will look...
