No he can’t be sentenced for something he wasn’t convicted of, no such thing as secret punishment just because some people think he might’ve got away with something. This sentencing pertains to the 25 charges only. IMO.

I never said he can be punished for charges not brought against him. I was saying it's a possibility that his presentencing dealings could take into consideration any cooperation he may have had with LE about the Delphi case...as a possible witness and testimony at a future date. AJMO

Other hearings still going on in Miami Circuit Court. Kegan Kline sentencing will be starting late. As a refesher, this sentencing was 1st held May 18, but delayed by dispute over evidence Kline claimed he had not reviewed. Kline's public defender Andrew Achey withdrew from case.

Kegan Kline now has 2 new public defenders, William Berkshire and Eric Huneryager. Kline decided not to withdraw his guilty plea, so this is basically a redo of exactly where the case stood in May when sentencing was delayed.

Commander Cecil did the forensic examination on the electronic devices seized from Kegan Kline in 2017. But he was not asked to do that until 2020. He was not involved in the original investigation that led to raiding Kline's Peru home.

Cecil did forensic exams on 7 devices, 5 phones, a tablet and iPod. 6 were confiscated at the raid, one phone was turned over later by Kegan Kline.

Cecil says Klines devices had several social media apps downloaded, including Snapchat, Twitter, My Yearbook (Meet Me), Skype, & Kick. Devices had profiles of "Emily Ann" and "Anthony Shots".

Cecil testifies that "Emily Ann" profile was portrayed by Kline as a female teen attracted to other females, who was unsure of herself, thought she was ugly, had a brother Kegan & dad named Adam. Pattern to reach out to random strangers looking for sympathy & share photos.
