Judge Timothy Spahr says he found the images Kegan Kline is accused of receiving and disseminating "deeply disturbing". Despite police raiding his home in 2017, Judge says Kline made no significant steps to change his behavior in the time before he was arrested.

Judge says it's very troubling that Kline message to women while in jail show his troubling thought pattern is still continuing after all this time. (His home was raided in 2017. He's been in jail almost 3 years.)

Everything that judge said was spot on.
KAK all crying about being lonely blah blah but he willfully did this, did not care about his victims and was even trying to do the same in prison. Such a liar.

They stacked low level felonies right up to a low-end murder sentence, which is 45-65 years in IN. That's kind of surprising to me. It certainly sets a precedence for sentencing higher level sex crimes against children.

Defense now questions Commander Cecil. Cecil says he has no evidence that Kline ever paid for photos or ever met anyone in person he messaged online. Cecil says Kline was a minor himself during some of the activity found on his devices.

Detective Vido testifies that while in jail, Kline has been reaching out to random women soliciting sexual conversations. Vido says Kline even got his mom to provide contact information for women.

Curious to know if KK's mom knew why he needed contact information from her? moo
