Maybe a 3-day motions hearing on 5/10 thru 5/12 & trial on 7/26 to 7/28? It's only supposed to last 3 days.

I'll put him down as having a hearing on 5/10 - and we'll see what the court site says as we get closer, eh? @FrostedGlass ?

I looked at all the Doxpop calendars and they also have him scheduled for both dates. Maybe the May date is a second setting and the July date is the next one available? Even as far out as the July date they have 12 jury trials scheduled.

I just checked the May 10th date and there are 17 jury trials scheduled but 3 have cancelled.

Slightly OT: I've followed this case for so long that now I see names I recognize scheduled for court appearances quite often. Just now I see someone is getting a divorce, someone else needs special driving privileges and another person has a charge that I haven't seen yet. SMH

I also have him having a Motions hearing on 5/10 - but have a "maybe" in my notes. So that is probably not going to happen, but the plea hearing will on 5/11/21.

That 5/10 date has always been listed for Jury Trial, along with the one on 7/26. I'll bring it all forward from the update yesterday. This is exactly as it shows on the site except I reformat it to make it easier/faster to read. I see they did reschedule the 5/10 date but it's out of sequence.

I'm confused and concerned as to why a change of plea hearing, that the defendant finally appears in court for, has to be continued another week? Are they really going to let him plea down in this case!? I sure hope the prosecutor stands firm on those felonies.
